Great place to get away!

We had a great time!

There was only one big thing, the last evening we went out and when we got back the code to enter our condo had changed. We were locked in the hall for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to give us a new code. There is also a chair on the balcony that was broke. Not a big deal, but tho the owners should know. Every thing else was perfect. And we had a great time.

Nice view

The view is great except for the road down below. The condo was a good size for my family but I do wish it had a few more amenities for the price we paid. I would recommend a little more maintenance upkeep on things like difficult doors to open and noisy fans. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and had a much needed rest.

Very nice Thanksgiving

Everything was very easy and smooth. Location was perfect. Very clean. Only concern was there were only one toilet paper in each toilet which is not enough for 5 days. Also because of the holiday trash room was closed certain times. We had to keep trash in the balcony until it was open.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 204 Deluxe. One of the floor to ceiling dining room windows was completed shattered and bowed out. The microwave had damage to the top side of it. The toilet in the master bathroom did not flush properly. The toilet in the other bathroom ran continuously throughout our stay. The front door doorknob was extremely hard to turn and felt like it was going to break at any time. There were times we could not get it to open until several tries. There were dirty dishes placed in the cabinets. There is no ice maker, which made it very inconvenient during our stay. The door leading out to the balcony from the master bedroom did not lock, it was broke. The plug outside on the balcony right by the master was hanging out of the socket. We were provided only one key fob for entering the parking garage and the condo. We had more than one person needing to have one at times and it was very inconvenient to only have one key fob, especially for a condo that could occupy up to 8 people. I would have definitely stayed at another condo place completely. When I tried to address these things nothing was done and I was treated as if the problems were not problems at all. These things were not in the listing of the unit that I spent good money on. We made a 9 hour drive to have this vacation. Very disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband Bill and I spent Nov. 2-3 in this wonderful condo for our 22nd wedding anniversary, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The online pictures do not do it justice. The only downside?.....our stay wasn’t nearly long enough!!! Lol. The views were perfect, both sunrise AND sunset. Will be going back again and again! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

It was shown as a "Deluxe Unit", however, we were disappointed that it did not have an ice maker in the refrigerator! We had to buy bags of ice each day! Several items (8) needed maintenance and I addressed the list, the with the management company the day before we left. We would consider staying again if these items are corrected!

Our Turkey stay!!

spacious with great views

Reviewer Comments: there are some issues with the condo---lighting in master bath is very poor, sinks slow to drain,we had to have the seal on the toilet replaced,bathroom grouting is in poor condition, bar stools and dining chairs are very uncomfortable , only two patio chairs on huge deck and chair cushions were dirty and unmatched. loved the inside halls and the building was immaculate in common areas---had adequate cooking dishes/pans altho toaster only holds 2 toast so very slow, not well decorated - loved the views

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This visit, we opted to splurge on the deluxe condo and were very disappointed by the cheapness therein. Furniture was uncomfortable, pictures unattractive, bed crinkled with plastic & kitchen furnishings were cheap & inadequate. Coffee pot & toaster were awful, no pot holders, etc... The view was awesome, but didn’t make up for the condo’s shortcomings. We’ve stayed at Ocean Club several times & the other condos were beautiful. Someone needs to care more about this one :-(

Biloxi vacation

Lack of response from the office regarding this, no communication from any of them. Basically did not care. Went to the main office where we voiced our concerns. Modern condo in need of repairs..pretty sand, sewer smell in wate

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Corner condo was spacious, clean, but needed repairs. Door handles to balcony fell out every time you opened door. Garbage disposal not working, filled with rotten food, dryer took 2 days, 4 cycles to dry 1 load. 2nd bathroom plate on pocket door was on floor. Beaches were clean, but giant sewer pipes flanked the coast and horrible smell, brown water!! Pool was green on Sunday, filled with college kids drinking and not exiting pool to use bathroom!! Couldn't swim in that!! Loaded my car on checkout, was in elevator at 10:04am, got phone call from office telling me that I would be charged for another night if I didn't check out immediately. I explained I was 2 seconds from the office, she said, please hurry! Very rude! Gave her list of repairs, she didn't apologize, but said that I had a week to call maintenance to fix items. I explained that my daughter was playing softball all week in tournament and it wasn't my responsibility to gave items repaired while I was on vacation and paying over $2300 for a condo that should have been fixed before I checked in. Offered no partial refund or apology. When leaving, the young man behind counter followed me out. I will NEVER rent from Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals again. They are very unprofessional and rude.
