In the commune of BelgodĂšre, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 38 mÂČ air-conditioned apartment with Mountain View, less than a kilometer from the beach, with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment is composed as follows :
- 20 mÂČ living room with TV, 1 pull-out bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and percolator...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140Ă190)
- Bathroom with bath/shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer....
Exterior :
- An unheated swimming pool open from April to the end of October, with access protected by an enclosure (opening dates non-contractual).
- A large 25.5 mÂČ south-facing terrace, covered by a pergola over a third of its surface area, is equipped with garden furniture (a sofa and two armchairs with a coffee table) and two chiliennes with a coffee table.
- The second terrace (8.5 mÂČ) is north-facing, covered by a pergola and equipped with a round table and six chairs.
The apartment is ideally located in the commune of BelgodĂšre, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities :
- Several beaches nearby
- Sailing center and rental of paddles, jet skis, sailboards, ....
- Visit the Agriates desert and its picturesque villages, Saint Florent, Ile Rousse, Balagne, the craftsmen's route....
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, located in the immediate vicinity.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station: Ile Rousse train station 10 km away (approx. 15 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport, 31.8 km (about 36 minutes by car)
Other remarks :
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation on request, for an extra charge of âŹ50/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
-All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent.
End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
-All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
