This house consists on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen open to the living room/living room, a laundry room, a toilet with washbasin, two bedrooms (160x200 bed and 140x190 bed), a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. The first floor has a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bedroom with two 90x200 beds and two 90x190 beds. At this same level is a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Outside, you enjoy a garden and a south-facing terrace with dining table, barbecue, parasol and deck chairs. Possibility to park up to 6 vehicles next to the gîte.
