After the day's adventures, return to this cozy 3-bed, 2-bath house and unwind, as your furry friends or children play in the waterfront yard!

You'll love being able to prepare your own homemade meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and kitchenware you could need, plus nice additions like a blender and full knife set. Gather around the 6-person dining table to enjoy the chef's feast.
The bay runs right up to the property's backyard, offering prime views and a peaceful, secluded feel. Watch the sunset while watching your kids and dogs enjoy the waterfront yard!

Bay Shore county park is 10 minutes north of the property and has a beach for swimming. Guests at our property are allowed to use our neighbor's launch to put the kayaks in the water and take them out.

Hello! We are Corey and Carrie! We have been together for over a decade and have 3 amazing kids (ages 8, 6 and 2) who keep us very busy! We homeschool our kids and bounce back and forth between Green Bay and our house in Madeira Beach, FL!
Aside from the kids we are very active real estate investors with a growing portfolio of rental properties and we always have a couple of flip projects going on! We are die hard Green Bay Packer fans! We love getting to know people and are excited to meet you!

This property is unique because it is only 10 minutes from Green Bay and all the amenities the city has to offer including Lambeau Field, The Packer's Hall of Fame, Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, Titletown, and many local shops and eateries. This property is also only 45 minutes from beautiful Door County, WI known for it's picturesque coastal towns, specialty shops, fish boils, cherry and apple orchards, and scenic beauty. We love the location but we love the sunset views even more!
