Your Green Bay adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. With 2 king beds, 3 twin beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, there's plenty of space for all guests. This beautiful property features a cozy living room with gas fireplace, shuffleboard game, large screen tv and a sofa bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Green Bay and our house has to offer.
This amazing lakefront property will have you “living the dream”. It boasts unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Bay, where beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen. Complete remodel from studs up completed 2024 and decorated in BOHO / Mid Century. Our home is located on the beautiful East side of Green Bay, situated in a quiet neighborhood within a few miles of all that Green Bay has to offer, including Lambeau, Titletown, Historic Downtown, Wildlife Rescue, Bay Beach Amusement Park and more
The Space
Having just completed a total, top to bottom renovation this home, although originally was built in 1937 is basically now a brand new house.
WI-FI is 1GB and provided throughout the house. Streaming services are available on alll 3 tv’s.
4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 12.
· Bedroom 1, The Master, includes a Sleep Number Adjustable King that also has a lovely foot warmer for those chilly evenings and a day bed with trundle
· Bedroom 2 has a pair of twin beds, perfect for the kids
· Bedroom 3 has both a Queen and a Full-size bed
· Bedroom 4 has a King bed and a day bed
All-new fully equipped kitchen features new, top of the line:
· Cabinets
· Counter Tops
· Farmhouse Sink
· Appliances including, air fryer, toaster, Kitchen Aid Mix Master and more
· Coffee Bar.
2 ½ all new baths
· New ½ bath on 1st floor
· A Large Walk in Shower on 2nd floor
· A Free-Standing Soaking Tub on 2nd floor with bay view
The living room includes:
· Cozy Gas Fireplace
· 65” UHD TV with Amazon Fire TV and many streaming services provided. Several DVDs are also available
· 100” Shuffleboard table
· Full size hide-abed in sofa with a new memory foam mattress
The beautiful new 4 season Sun Room offers:
· Spectacular views of the Bay
· Doubles as a work space.
Outside, the large deck provides:
· Beautiful views of Green Bay
· Spectacular Sun Rises and Sun Sets
· An outdoor dining area
· A propane gas fire pit with sofa pit seating
In 2025 we have added a walkway and stairs for easy access down to the sand beach. You can walk out at least 50 yards in the water and still be just knee deep.
For dog lovers, the new combination Mud / Dog Room includes:
· A large sink with hand sprayer suitable for bathing small and medium size dogs
· A lockable dog door, which leads to a deck, small patio and fenced enclosed dog run with artificial canine turf.
· We do ask that you pick up after your pet, whether using the canine enclosure or common yards.
· If you are planning on bringing your dog, we do require a $15 a night dog fee and limit of two. If you have more than two, please contact us for possible special arrangements.
We do not allow our dogs on the second floor. If we have guests with allergies, we want to make sure that our beds and second floor are pet free. We have a retractable gate that goes across the bottom of the stairway that we keep pulled when our dogs are with us. We ask that you do the same.
Please do not allow your dogs to bark incessantly as we want to be courteous to our neighbors.
Other amenities Include:
· A Washer and Gas Dryer in basement
· Assorted Card and Board Games
· Game Table with interchangeable table tops for Back Gammon, Chess, Checkers, Monopoly and Scrabble.
· Exterior security Cameras (Ring doorbell, motion activated flood light camera over garage and a camera over dog run area.)
· The driveway easily parks 4 full size vehicles.

I am retired and my Tim will be retiring in the near future. We purchased this house in 2023 and it took almost all of 2024 to renovate. Everything from studs up have been replaced. It is just like a brand new home. While renovating, we kept in mind, that we will live in this house in a few years, so made our renovations with that in mind, not just a “rental”.
We have hosted a few families to date and have gotten exceptional feedback. Everyone loved it.

All of our lives, we dreamed on owning a home on a lake. Never in our wildest dreams dreams did we ever consider it could be Lake Michigan. We stumbled upon this property and are so grateful. Beautiful back yard with lakefront access. The locations is ideal for vacationers as well. A brand new tot lot playground was constructed right across the road from us in 2024 and you can watch the kiddos play from our front porch. We are right across the street from the Wildlife Sanctuary. You can see the Ferris wheel from our backyard from the Bay Park Amusement center. Across from amusement center is go-karts and mini golf. These are all literally within minutes from our home. We are about 15 minutes to airport and Lambeau field and Titletown and only about 5 minutes from the downtown area which hosts many events and restaurants,

As mentioned before, we remodeled and rehabbed this house with upgraded decor and amenities as if we were living in it full time. Everything in the house is of high quality and we want our guests to feel welcome and relaxed. Every decision was made with the idea in mind of what would make us feel welcome or what would we need, if we were staying.
