5 minutes to Lido Keys, 7 minutes to Siesta Keys, 5 minutes to Downtown Sarasota, 2 minutes to Bayfront Park, 5 minutes to St Armands Circle. Spacious 3 bedrooms 2 bath with 2 car garage and a beautiful shady backyard. We have 5 beds and a sofa sleeper.

Denied access

We were denied access after reserving for weeks and paid. Host said that someone in the unit was seriously ill and could not leave. Said she would put us up in a different place that was far away and we could move in the next day. Told host that we flew in for events and not ok to spend time moving. Also, said that we would not stay in a place where someone was sick and end up in the hospital far from home with covid or flu. Hesitate to book with VRBO again. Lois

She lied to me

We did not get to stay at this house. When we got there other people where already in the house. We talked to them and they said they are staying for 2 weeks. When i checked my msg. The host had msg me and said there is a plumbing issue at the house and she has a house in bradington we could stay at till the plumber is done. I was very upset we had been driving for 20 hours with 4 kids and were exhausted. I have not gotten all my money back either. We luckily had family down here who helped us find another place to stay.

Florida get away

Original property we rented had plumbing issues, but the host had us put up in a different location that was great for where we were. Would rent from host again

We was not able to stay in this house but was put in another house that was very poorly furnished and had to slask for a mattress for one of the beds amongst lots of other things

Great location for beachcombers! Quiet peaceful neighborhood with plenty of beds and closet space.

Spring Training baseball week

Prior to arrival I repeatedly asked manager for details on how to register, address of residence and check in. I did not find out there was a code to unlock door until the day before driving 1200 miles. did not receive wash clothes until 3rd day.. no instructions on how everything worked in the house.. With this being my first exposure to renting via VRBO, My expectations were a lot higher than what I encountered, On the Plus side, The accommodations were as advertised, The location was central to the ball parks we traveled to. There were many local restaurants that were available and close to the Sarasota Air Port

Quiet place close to the Gulf.

We came for a family get together/birthday party. House was in a quiet neighborhood. Had no issues while we were there. Will book again.

Nice house

Overall we were very happy with the house. When we came in the house was very clean. Bedrooms clean, restroom clean. Very spacious. The kitchen was nice and spacious. Nice furniture. The property manager were friendly and responded on time. Made me feel like if I needed anything i coukd reach out to them.

Not what we expected

The first property we rented was unavailable last minute because of electrical problems, luckily she gave us another property of hers . However the place had roaches and the garage was an absolute mess. Definitely not worth the price tag. Disappointed to say the least.
