Fabulous main channel view from this top floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Minutes away by car or water from shopping, dining and entertainment. Our guests will enjoy a spectacular view of Margaritaville's fireworks display over Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Holidays. This condo is perfect for two families with over 1200sqft and vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private master bath while the main level guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and is adjacent to the full guest bath. The loft is furnished with one queen bed and twin bunk beds which is perfect for the kids. All bedrooms and family room have ceiling fans and Hulu TV. Updates include brand new HVAC unit and leather living room sofa in 2022. Brand new stainless Kitchen Appliances have been installed May 2022. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool while the kids enjoy the kiddy pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 10 x 24 covered boat slip as well as PWC slips, available for additional charge. Gas docks, boat and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove. Labor Day weekend get away

The hosts were super kind and easy to communicate with. The place was perfect for what we were looking for. We played basketball, and fished a ton! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Ozarks Getaway Location

Pelican Bay has easy access to multiple restaurants and our preferred cove (Linn Creek) to wakeboard and wakesurf. Property was clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake.

Very nice relaxing stay with the wife. Very comfortable and clean stay. Location was great as well for a quick trip down to Ozark Amphitheater to see Willie.

Memorable Trip

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to the Lake, and our condo was nothing short of fantastic! It was tastefully decorated, had everything we needed and the views of the lake from the balcony and the master bedroom were amazing. The only down side was the pool wasn't available on Sunday, but that was due to a pump issue and was no,one's fault. We would definitely recommend to family and friends, and hope to visit again some day. Thanks Art, and Carrie!

Great Experience

Perfect place to stay for fireworks! Location is great! The stay was cozy , had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. The family had all have said the beds were super comfortable.

Great Stay at a Great Location

The property was as advertised, and in a great location - we'd been at this location before in a different condo, but this condo was a step above...the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive via text. We'll definitely consider this location again if it's available when we need it next year!

Space appropriate for a small family vacation.

I visited with myself, two adult children, and grandkids. Each family had their own space. The grandkids LOVED the loft area.

Perfect Location

We were so happy with our stay that we booked an extra night! The condo was just as advertised and location was even better. The owners Art and Carrie were very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. Our boat rental was a short walk away and fishing was amazing for the kids along the docks. The condo was spacious and also offered a grill. Many restaurants and activities are within 10 minutes. This is a great spot to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks!

Willie nice view, good location, clean and comfy.

This property comfortably accommodated our group of 6. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the peaceful sights of the lake. Easy 20 minute drive to the Ozarks Amphitheater (Willie Nelson concert). Quick access to groceries and restuarants. Our hosts Art and Carrie were very kind and responsive to our questions.

Good jumping off point for the lake

Had a group of friends get together at the lake for a first time visit. Great location and atmosphere for us to enjoy ourself at the condo, but also close to a lot of venues for fun outside.
