Denna toppvåning tre sovrum tre badrum toppnivå lägenhet har en fantastisk utsikt över huvudkanalen och ligger på vattnet mittemot Tan-Tar-A.

Dessa lägenheter har två master sovrum med angränsande badrum och king size-sängar. Det tredje sovrummet har en king size-säng och badrum nära. Loftet har en queen size-säng med en sekretesspanel för att skapa ett "fjärde" sovrum.

Med en rymlig bottenvåning sitta och äta en familjemåltid vid matbordet eller gå med varandra för att dricka på däck. Varje sovrum har en platt-TV med nätverk. Vardagsrummet har en 42 "tv med DVD-spelare ansluten. Om du vill ta med dig din båt erbjuder vi också en 10x24 båtlampa mot en extra kostnad.

Great Setup, Helpful Host

Definitely NOT worth the price.

The inside was nice for what my friends and I needed. However, before our trip, I had messaged the host 2 or 3 times with some simple questions, and she never answered them; this was off putting. Upon arrival, we received a very long, detailed checklist for our check out. There were 11 rules on this checklist that we had to do, including cleaning the entire unit (why is there even a BIG cleaning fee included in this price when we have to clean?), dishes washed & put away in cabinets (even though there was a perfectly good dishwasher to leave the clean dishes in), flip water heater off and turn off water, empty trash cans and take to dumpster" (the trash should have only been required to be placed by the front door), plus several other rules. We will not book this condo again, as this was A LOT of work for my friends and I to do before 11am. It was not worth the price at all. There are cleaning fees added to VRBO for this exact reason - the tenants do NOT have to do any of these rules.

Excellent Property!

Excellent property with many recent upgrades! This condo is clean, well-cared for, and was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed for a great Shootout weekend with friends and family. Pelican Bay is a great little resort to stay at as well.

Great condo

This condo was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The space was very clean and well appointed. The instructions from the owner on how to efficiently manage the room temperatures were appreciated.. Her check in and check out instructions were thorough and clear. We had a great weekend stay here and would recommend this listing.

The best get away yet

This property was wonderful, we had the best time ever, it was spacious ,clean and soo comfortable. The other renters or owners staying at the property were so very friendly to my family when we sat outside by the grill cooking or at the pool swimming or just going to our cars for items we were always greeted nicely. Sitting on the back patio at night mesmerized by the water and lights for hours listening to the music coming from Margartaville across the lake. But this rental was everything and more for us (7) people. My husband and I thinking about renting this large unit just for us on our anniversary just because we love it.

Great week at the Lake

We had 8 adults for a week at the condo and enjoyed being close to several restaurants, the strip, and grocery stores. We also enjoyed the pool and access to boat slip rental. Would stay here again!

Hi! My husband Chris and I have been vacationing at Pelican Bay and the lake for over 20 years. We love the location of Pelican Bay especially since the new highway has come through. We recently bought this unit from some family! We are very excite to be renting it to you! We hope it gives you great memories as it has us!
