For a stay with friends or family, come and enjoy this new house with its outdoor pool 2 steps from the sea.

Passing the entrance gate, you will discover a large property: a large garden, a pleasant terrace sheltered from the winds and especially its pretty outdoor swimming pool heated from June to September.

Entering this house, you enter a large living room with its comfortable living room and living room open to the fully equipped American kitchen. This room also offers direct access to the equipped terrace. From the kitchen you also have access to a back kitchen with washing machine, dryer and access to the garage.
On the ground floor, you will also discover a separate toilet as well as a charming master suite with its 140x190 bed and its bathroom with shower.

Upstairs you have access to the 3 other bedrooms of the house. The first is rather intended for children with its 90x190 pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people. The second bedroom is another master suite, with its 160x200 bed and its private bathroom with shower.
To access the last bedroom, you will pass through a children's playroom with TV and Wii game console. The last bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 double bed and 2 90x200 single beds.
The first floor is also equipped with a second separate toilet as well as a third bathroom with bath.

The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist places to visit!
