This is a fine property and great location for downtown St Joe and its amenities. Inside parking is a big win. The check-in process and communication with the host is easy and fast. We found the property quiet and a good value for our stay.

Great place with plenty of room to spread out. Has everything you need for a small group or family stay. We hadOne issue with the shower and it was taken care of quickly and easily. Will return!!

We had such a terrific stay in St. Joe at Ryan and his wife's place. They were so communicative, so helpful. I had questions, and they were answered immediately. Such nice folks!The apartment is *beautiful*, right on the water with plenty of beds, pull out (huge) couches, great amenities, indoor parking (which was great because it rained really hard part of the time).We were staying for my daughter's wedding, and we started by having hairdressers come and do up the bridal party and moms. The living room is huge, with plenty of places to sit. They sipped champagne and we brought in food. Ryan's place was *perfect*, plenty of light (big windows), a view, a bar/restaurant right next door for my son, his uncles, and I. We were a short walk to downtown St. Joe, and we could have walked to the beach, where the wedding was would have taken maybe 15 minutes?). Great location and a place that could have slept more than the 7 in my family. I'd give more stars if I could.

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Joseph at the Marina/Roof top deck! The house had plenty of beds and the dining and family room area was very spacious, making it perfect for gathering together. The accommodations were very comfortable, with two full bathrooms, lots of towels, and even beach towels provided. The location was great as well—walkable to downtown St. Joseph, where there are so many fun things to do. Overall, a wonderful spot for a relaxing and convenient getaway!
