Detta är en mycket speciell och unik egendom som jag verkligen är kär i och glad att dela med dig! Open Concept Design passar bra för underhållning. Det finns ett stort stort rum med välvda tak och en öppen spis. Fantastisk utsikt över floden inifrån och ut! Över 2300 kvadratmeter färdig plats för dig att njuta av. Det finns Roku smarta TV-apparater i alla rum inklusive sovrummen. Det finns gott om utrymme att parkera dina båtar och lämna dem dockade under din vistelse. 2024 Girls Getsway

We had a nice stay here . The home was recently updated , clean and well appointed . We enjoyed the area , close to just about everything we wanted to do . James was easy to contact , and responded to calls in short order !!

Peace on the River

We had a beautiful stay on the peaceful & mesmerizing river from early mornings- drinking coffee, watching the fish jump & lounging outdoors. The inside of this rambling ranch was nicely renovated & had comfort, functionality in the kitchen/baths & awesome views of the river. We especially loved sitting by the windows in the LR & watching the lazy river go by!

Waterfront

Great location on the St. Joseph River. We caught several small mouth bass off the sea wall. Nice quiet neighborhood and it is close to everything in town.

Fun times on the river!

This home was perfect in every way. Beautiful river views. Home set up was perfect for family meals. We truly enjoyed it. The only complaint we have is we wish we stayed longer

Peaceful and Relaxing Retreat

This was such a perfect retreat for my immediate family of 4 and my parents. The house is clean, and beautifully renovated with nice closet systems in each bedroom. We enjoyed fishing from the backyard and watching the river from inside the home.

Great location and view

The description of the property was accurate. The host was responsive and provided clear guidance before and during our stay. Riverfront Oasis

This home met all the amenities my group was looking for and more! James is an amazing host & great with communicating. He was very attentive to our request and met them. The property had breathtaking views of the river and provided us with all the fishing space we needed! I would highly recommend this spot.

Great Stay

The house is very nicely appointed, great condition, and clean. The location is close to St. Jo and many other area of interest (hiking, fishing, beaches). The property owner is easy to work with - super communication. We would stay again.

Peaceful Little getaway

The property is beautiful. It was so peaceful on the lake, hearing, and watching all the little animals. Nearly everything you would need is provided. The communication from booking through our entire stay was excellent. I would stay there again.

Very relaxing and spacious home

We enjoyed our stay. Fishing off of the dock/river edge was lots of fun. Caught some catfish and watched the boats. The only issue we had was the baby items displayed online were not in condition to use. They were stored in a room in the back of the house so we had to purchase a pak and play for the baby. I don't want to give a poor review on that one issue as it only applies if you are vacationing with a baby.

Fantastic weekend!

What a great home! Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. House was quite spacious and we all felt like we had our own “space”. The great room was awesome, the sectional is enormous (and comfy). Super quiet well maintained neighborhood with lots of birds, small wildlife etc. We enjoyed spending time in the shady yard with a view of the river. My dog loved all of the wildlife scents and did great on a 40 ft leash.

Fall Color Relaxing Retreat

Rented for a gal’s weekend retreat in October. So relaxing! Beautiful home & grounds. Views from sitting areas looked directly out to the river reflecting amazing autumn tree colors! Frequented charming downtown St Joseph- wine tasting, shops, dining. Close to lake MI. Donuts & cider from Nyes. James, the owner, was very accommodating. Offered option to check in early and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Best place ever!

We love this beautiful home! We will definitely go there again. First time in St Joseph’s and we want to move here! Lol. The place is perfect and so nicely decorated. A Very Quiet Residential Street offering peace and privacy. Just a short drive to numerous Lake Michigan Beaches and Wineries and Downtown St Joseph!

There is a concrete riverwalk that runs the entire length of the property, including the 1/2 acre side lot. It is well lit for night time fishing and docking of boats. There is a boat launch on the property for direct access to the river. The 1/2 Acre lot enhances privacy and allow for additional camping and activities. Ask about RV Parking (Electrical and Water Hookups, No Sewer). We Are Pet Friendly!
