Casa Azul is the ultimate place to visit with family and friends to enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer.

Upon entering the home you will be greeted with a large open floor plan where the dining room, kitchen, family room, and living room all meet for all to enjoy the company of family and friends while in any of the common spaces. The open floorplan in the common space gives ample room to cook, dine and relax together.

This Mid-century 4 bedroom 2 bath eclectic home features glamorous touches, terrazzo floors, a newly remodeled kitchen, and 2 newly renovated and spacious bathrooms.

The large primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, pool views and sits off of the enclosed and lush backyard. Enjoy morning coffee or a cocktail under the shade of the bedroom pergola. The 3 guest bedrooms are located off of the hallway and share one large bathroom. Lined with ficus hedges they provide complete privacy.

The pool area features an outdoor shower and two large pergolas providing ample shade. Majestic mountain views create the ultimate setting for relaxation from your pool lounge. With a large BBQ, island, and outdoor dining for 8 you and your guests will love entertaining al fresco. After dinner mingle by the firepit, under the stars and enjoy all the best of outdoor living.

Just a quick walk to Victoria Park, where there is plenty of greenery and a jungle gym for your pets and children to play. Come unwind, soak up the sun and enjoy the Casa Azul, the Palm Springs quintessential spot for relaxing..

-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- - Pool Heating fee $100.00 per day, $700.00 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.

- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.
