Great stay at the ocean!

The location and accommodations were great. Beach next door in independence park, restaurants within walking distance, the view was great as was the unit. Definitely on the list for a return visit.

Beautiful location

The view was incredible and the room was beautiful. Loved the dual rain head shower and heated floor. Bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Close to everything we were interested in.

James & Pierre were absolutely lovely and graciously accommodating to our special requests during our stay. The suite was very clean and comfortable and the ocean views were a welcome and serene vison to wake to each morning. We would certainly recommend them to anyone staying in the area!

Oceanview Getaway!

We enjoyed our first getaway to Beverly, MA! We loved the gorgeous view from suite window. The suite was very well equipped with everything we needed. We experienced excellent communication with the owners. Both of us highly recommend a stay in this ocean view suite!

Oceanview Suite

Beautiful sunrise views from bed. It's small but very adequate and comfortable. Hosts were superb, easy to reach, very responsive and informative. Would highly recommend this property.

Little bit of Heaven

There are not enough words that I can say to express how pleased myself and my daughter were with this property. The location was exceptional and the views were beautiful. The suite was absolutely stunning and had everything that we could have possibly needed. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. I could not dream of a better place to have a little getaway. I cannot wait to go back.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying in the ocean view suite. The location was fabulous. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. I was able to comfortably work one day while enjoying the view of the ocean. The suite is within walking distance to restaurants. James was also very great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for Salem visit

My daughter and I were here October 1-4, 2024, to visit Salem. It was a short 5 min Uber ride into town. The property was exactly as advertised. Check in process was simple and property was equipped with everything we needed. The heated bathroom floor was a very nice bonus each morning. We enjoyed the beautiful view being right on the ocean. James and Pierre are great hosts and even helped us out when we got a flat tire!! I would definitely recommend this property.

This Suite is perfect for a romantic and/or relaxing getaway. By yourself or with your partner, this was perfect. We will definitely be renting again. Very comfortable, right on the water, next to a park and near the Rose Garden. Everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental. Comfort, style and an amazing view at any time of the day!

Picturesque

I enjoyed every day waking up to the beautiful surroundings and constant changing of the ocean scenery. .The New England weather changes all the time and with it the ocean reveals it beauty in the process. The studio was furnished with a king size bed which was very comfortable. The host couldn’t have been any more hospitable as every request was met within minutes and positively responded to. Hospitality was as good as any I have ever experienced in renting over 20 years. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Talk about winning the Trifecta, this Luxury Studio is exceptional with its location adjacent to Independence Park, its sophisticated upscale ambience and its spectacular seaside views! As a Studio, with wet bar and mini kitchenette, there is nothing lacking for couples seeking to get away for a few days, a week....or two!

Amazing property!

This is one of the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed in. The location is perfect; about 100 yards from the ocean and in an quiet neighborhood. The town of Beverly was also very nice, with lots of different food options. If you're going to visit Salem, it's perfect because it's only about 3 miles away from downtown Salem (don't even think about trying to drive and park in Salem in the fall). You can Uber/Lyft easily and there's also a commuter rail station in Beverly about a mile away with plenty of parking, so you can take the commuter rail. The room itself was very comfortable. It had so many nice little touches, like a remote to control the shades and dual shower heads. The owners were also very easy to communicate with when it came to checking in and out. We would definitely come back again.

A break from normal life!

We have been calling this “our house” to anyone that we’ve talked about our vacation to. Hoping that we can return another time. James and Pierre are so welcoming, and informative about the local area. The suite has the best of everything for our time away. We didn’t need a whole house or condo, and the suite is just perfect for rest and relaxation, as well as being in a central location for vacation. We also very much appreciated their flexibility with our schedule when we endured issues with our flights. Thank you again!

Mother/Daughter Vacation

My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful bright and cheerful 1 bedroom with a small kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom overlooking a historic park/beach with an ocean view. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning listening to the ocean waves and a glass of wine in the evening in the cups and glasses provided, you'll have everything that you'll need for your stay here. I messaged James to ask about beach towels, cooler, chairs and umbrellas and he brought them right to us the same day. I highly recommend this charming location!

Tranquil Oceanside Retreat

If you’re seeking peace and quiet by the ocean and a sound night’s sleep, James and Pierre’s Oceanside Suite is the perfect place to stay! I enjoyed walking along the ocean path each day and loved visiting the local coffee shops, restaurants, and fun boutiques in both Beverly and Salem! The Peabody Essex Museum in Salem was also amazing and also worth visiting. The cleanliness level James and Pierre have is also at an all time high and the ocean suite is beautifully decorated with quality furniture, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with a spa-style shower. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again!

Visiting family & a short rest!

We booked this property because the location was perfect & it was! Sitting right on the water with access to a lovely park this room has just what it needs. Neat, clean & the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is nice with a shower for 2! The town is filled with some great food & shopping. Would definitely stay here again...thank you James & Pierre : )
