We had a great stay at this well appointed apartment. Daniel is a gracious host and was accommodating to a couple of special requests that we had. The place is comfortable, clean and new. It was perfect for a short girls trip!

This is an excellent property in a highly accessible location. There was clearly care and attention to detail in the renovation of the space and it is an excellent size for 1-4 guests. We traveled with three and were very comfortable. The host had excellent communication and restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended.

This add on/in law suite in Beverly is in a great location, clean and has all the amenities we needed. Whether you want a central location to hop on a train, or drive to the many places to see in the area, you could not ask for a better location. The communication was excellent, and the host even gave us a heads up that they had friends over for Sunday Night Football. The noise did not impact us, it was quiet by bed time. The fact that it was communicated to us says a lot about the host. Highly recommend this VRBO.

I have been doing this style of lodging for business and leisure trips for over a decade. This was one of the most pleasurable units I have stayed at. They hit on all the important components of a great stay:- Clean- Great Communication- Privacy- Great Location- Accessible to T for the city and the shore area is with in driving distance Highly recommended and I will be back

We were unaware that this apartment was attached to a family home where we had to enter through the backyard while the family was there, until right before we arrived. The apartment was very clean and the owner was very responsive, which we appreciated, but the space was cramped, there was only a loveseat for 3 adults and two teenagers, and a small bistro table with only room for 4 guests. The property was missing basic amenities including a bathmat, potholders, most basic cooking utensils and bowls, etc. The windows in the bedrooms didn’t open and the rooms very stuffy, especially at night. The owner controlled the temperature of the air conditioner and again, was very responsive when we asked him to adjust. There was no place to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful New England summer weather because the owners and family were always in the pool. The bathroom was very nice as was the washer/dryer. There was a usage fee for the pool. I would not recommend this property as a vacation rental.

Thanks for your review Nils, sorry to hear that the property was a bit too small for your group. I will update that in our description - sharing that it is best for groups of 4 or less adults/teens and also add that it is a connected property so people are aware of the shared access! I will also be sure to add those items you shared were missing. All the best, Daniel

Bed was comfortable. Inside was clean. Could use more linens, towels and paper products. Host was very friendly. Very close to down town Beverly. Keep in mind that it is a shared property with the owner and family.
