The middle floor of this townhome is the main living level with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, cozy living room with an ocean view, and an oceanfront balcony with panoramic views of the Atlantic. There is a convenient half bath also located on the middle level of the home.
Bedroom #1 is the top floor private oceanfront main suite with a king bed and private balcony. There is an attached full bathroom and private balcony directly oceanfront.
Bedroom #2 is also located on the top floor. This bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full) and a private full ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #3 is a bonus room located on the ground level. To access this bedroom you will need to walk through the garage. This bedroom has two twin beds and private access to the ground floor oceanfront patio. There is no bathroom on the ground level of the home.
Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, gas grill, and parking for two vehicles.
