Rätt på stranden! Nya 100 000 USD plus Custom Dock slutfördes i mars 2017. Detta välutrustade helrenoverade hem färdigställda i maj 2015, professionellt utformade 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem med otrolig havsutsikt från nästan alla rum med NYA privata 20 'x 30' anpassade dockhus (ingen flytande brygga), plysch sovrum sviter, gourmet kök, fyra plattskärms-TV, Wifi och den bästa solnedgångsutsikten på Tybee Island. Endast 1 av 3 privata hem med en privat brygga på Tybee Island med tillgång till stranden direkt framför hemmet. Alla Tybee-strandområden är offentliga inklusive stranden framför mitt hem. Njut av ditt val av tre verandor som är perfekta för att njuta av ett glas vin och titta på solnedgången. Rec rum med 50 "platt skärm, propan eldstad och ping pong bord. Had a great time. Not crowded, very peaceful. Our house had a pier, enjoyed fishing off of it. Short drive to Savannah. Fort Pulaski was great.

Such a wonderful stay with family! We loved our time at the Beach House; exactly as described and so easy to work with the owner. Great location to so many fun activities! Bike rides, sunsets, s’mores, swimming and grilling - perfect vacation!

Just right! Amazing Sunsets

We recently celebrated a belated Mother’s Day with my mom and a milestone birthday with my brother at the retreat. The setting is great - so close to the water with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped for making a nice meal to enjoy at the table on the dock (also a nice spot for board games that won’t blow away - not so much for card games ). Other lounge and rocking chairs on the dock provide comfortable seating for reading in the shade of the dock or soaking up sun on the sun deck. We learned we could achieve a greater degree of privacy on the public beach just off the front porch by setting up our own chairs and towels early after the first day. We loved the ease of the short walk to so many shops and restaurants.

Fantastic view and house

I have been coming to Tybee for 60 years. This is by far my favorite place I have stayed House is comfortable, clean and front porch is wonderful. My family and I can’t wait until our next visit.

Super View and Location

Chose this place as a a prelude to family Thanksgiving get together. Wanted a beach with water view and this place delivered. Given the time of year, it was delightfully quiet. The cottage is nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed using the kayaks.

No better place on Tybee!

A beautiful and peaceful home right on the beach! From kayaking to reading on the most incredible porches it was pure Heaven! Communication great and all the comforts of home! We will be back!!!!!!

Just Perfect All Around

There wasn’t anything NOT to like here. Our host was very communicative, home was spotlessly clean, location cannot be beat. We loved sitting on the dock (even in the cold) to watch the dolphin play. We loved taking the kayaks out. We loved the speaker system so we could listen to yacht rock no matter where we chose to relax. We loved being able to walk to many restaurants and the beach. Just a great stay!!

Family Vacation

This was my family’s 3rd time visiting tybee and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed! The location is perfect, and you have everything you need right there. The host is super helpful with suggestions on where to go while there too. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

First Trip to Tybee

My family and I had an amazing stay. This house is truly a little piece of paradise. The convenience of being right on the beach with little ones and all the other perks of the location made our vacation stress free. Chris is absolutely phenomenal as a host—- he gave us tons of tidbits before we even arrived. We will be back!
