Welcome to the Golden Rose Condo. Spectacular ocean view two bedroom two bath Condo located directly on the no drive beach of New Smyrna Beach. Get the added benefit of the drive on beach if your heart desires right down the street. You’ll enjoy a Resort lifestyle with amazing amenities. (Outdoor heated pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, laundry facilities on each floor, and free parking) Located just across the street is a brand new playground, basketball courts, and public showers and bathrooms.

Perfect spot

Great host, amazing stay

Working with Kristie was a breeze, and her property was just what our family of four needed to relax and enjoy a vacation. Going away with two young kids is hard, but Kristie made arrival easy and the condo is well-equipped to entertain kids and well-situated to get down to the pool/beach in a flash. Next time we head to Florida, we'll be looking to stay again!

Wonderful location and beach

This is a very adequate condo for your family to enjoy the beach. All of the basics are there. The condo could use some updating, and some minor improvements. However, as far as the location, facility and quality of the beach, it can't be beat.

Family vacation

The owner/host of 306 was wonderful. The condo was awesome and needed nothing. We do wish there was a TV in the spare room but no big deal. We will return for sure and also tell friends about it.

Hospitality at its Finest!! Best beach view in NSB

Can’t say enough about our perfect host Kristie. Our unit was beautiful, with the best ocean view and every creature comfort- Including a nice surprise waiting for us! Excellent communication, easy check in and a welcome book with every detail about our stay. We will be back- TYSM Kristie! Our best VRBO experience to date!!

The host is amazing!!!! She has everything you need. I highly recommend.

From the very start of my search, the host was responsive all the way to check out. The condo and the complex is just perfect! 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a full size kitchen and plenty of room to dine and relax. The balcony overlooks the pool and ocean. It’s not direct oceanfront but the view is amazing..

Family Friendly

Wonderful property. Great Location. Convenient. Easy walk to some nearby restaurants. Wonderful pool and beach on the property. Beautiful sunsets at night. It was magical for my grandkids who are 7 and 10. Easy ride up to Daytona Beach area to visit kid's great grandparents. Great Time.

A GREAT spot on the ocean!

This is a great property. The complex is smaller than most with a very large pool deck which means you're never fighting for a spot around the pool. The unit was clean with plenty of amenities and a great view off of the balcony. We will stay here again!

Wonderful location and family friendly

We so enjoyed our Spring Break vacation here. The condo has a great view of the ocean and the pool. Lots of extras (well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, games, toys) to make our trip fun and comfortable. The complex is a great size to keep things on the quieter side for families, but there were plenty of people to meet and have fun with. The pool was very clean with plenty of chairs for everyone. My granddaughter (7), enjoyed the park right next door, meeting several kids her age at the pool, and playing down on the beach. Kristie was very helpful with great places to eat and made check-in a snap. 🤩🏖️❣️☮️
