Centrally located close to the beach and town by walking plus being located on the first floor makes for a perfect vacation. Great for couples, small families and virtual workers. You can get around town perfectly with a bike, golf cart or walking. Gyms, restaurants and grocery stores are all close. This is a spacious studio with a television in the living area and also the bedroom area. There is an outside back private living area and a front terrace that overlooks the pool.

The Garrett Group offers affordable vacation rentals in Guanacaste as well as hands-on property management, or as we like to call it, Investment Management. We not only “manage” your property, we treat it as special as the day you invested in your land, development or home. We have learned in our eight- plus years of experience that our respected owners and clients value our on the ground expertise. Knowing the native language, enables us to assist in many special requests-including, but not limited to- buying a car, paying property taxes, interior design, negotiating projects, handling legal or accounting matters.
If you have a vacation home that our guests are privileged to enjoy, we offer full concierge service to them. We “meet” our guests by telephone prior to their arrival and make them feel special. This assists in falling in love with their vacation home prior to arrival plus brings a greater respect to your investment property. Our team loves its job and we give 110% of our time and energy. We remain a hands-on company. We know buying in another country can be exciting and overwhelming, especially when you are not accustomed to the processes of that respective country. We work hard to explain to you the processes so your funds are respected and protected.
To our fabulous guests, we always welcome and appreciate the time to speak with you. We can help arrange yoga retreats, special events to touring through Costa Rica. If you want to relax or stay active, we can take great care of you. Our Luxury Lite Collection allows you affordable vacation homes with the nice amenities such as beach chairs to outdoor private seating with a grill. We also have the beautiful luxury homes with private pools that are part of our premier collections. For your protection, we follow the special protocols of cleanliness after the COVID19 pandemic.
