Ocean Block Home Steps to Private Beach--Deauville Beach

Nine year old home that is a short walk to a guarded private beach. You'll only have to walk about 300 feet on dead end streets to get to the beach entrance.

House features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master BR has King Bed with a separate bath. Two bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom. One BR with a Queen Bed and the other with two Full Beds. Open first floor with a modern kitchen, island, eating area and living room. Washer and dryer are located on the first floor along with a half bath.

Outside you'll find a deck with grill and a great outdoor area under the house that is protected from the weather. Area under the house and yard is fully fenced. Bonus outdoor full bathroom on ground level. Off-street parking is available for up to 4 cars.

Sheets, bath towels and beach towels are not provided. All beds have quilts and pillows as seen in the pictures. Mattress pads are provided. Dish towels and oven mitts are provided.

House comes with 8 Beach Badges, 3 umbrellas & 8 beach chairs.

Four bicycles are provided during June, July and August.

Gorgeous, immaculate home! Perfect location!

We had the absolute best week at Tom’s beautiful home conveniently located right by the beach. The home is so clean and pristine! The outdoor living area and full bath are a great setup for anyone with older kids. The home also has plenty of parking and the bedrooms are very spacious. It is also a 2 minute walk to Charlie’s so great location for picking up lunch or sending the kids out. I hope to stay here again. Thank you Tom!

Family Beach Trip (4)

This was our 2nd year renting with Tom. We fell in love with the place last year, and decided to rent for 3 weeks this time. Tom was incredibly accommodating, and the house is perfect for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas are included. Steps away from a private beach. Special place and fabulous owner! Thank you (again) Tom!

Wonderful getaway home!

Truly a beautiful house with fantastic amenities and a wonderful location! Everything was better than expected! And what a treat to not have to lug beach chairs and umbrellas from home! Tom made contact easy and quick. Will definitely be back!

Fabulous :Property and Owner, Beach Block

This house was perfect for my family (husband, 16 and 18 year old, and me). The house was like new and spotless with plenty of amenities, great layout, and came with bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas, and had a great protected outdoor space to watch TV, hang, read. Just steps from a clean non crowded beach. This was so perfect for us we booked 2 more weeks for next year! Lots of rays and dolphins to enjoy as well!

Great House

My family spent a week at the house in July of 2021. The house is great. Well laid out, very comfortable and close the beach. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at this house again. I highly recommend it.
