Welcome to "Stay Green Bay Getaway", a completely remodeled, clean, and luxurious vacation rental home just moments away from historic Lambeau Field, the Titletown District and Green Bay event centers. Our home is the perfect spot for groups, with 4 King beds and 2 full beds, 2 sofa sleepers, and 9 TVs - including one in every bedroom! Plus, an entertainment garage with foosball, and bag toss- making it an ideal place for entertaining friends and family.

Stay Green Bay LLC has 4 properties we own on Shadow Ln. "SGB1" is the closest and "SGB4" is the furthest from Lambeau Field, all are easy walking distance to the Stadium.

Resch center is directly behind the house separated by Lombardi Ave. Lombardi Ave is shut down during Packer Home Games, so you'll have a quick walk to the Stadium on game day. When you check in you'll immediately appreciate the modern, clean, well appointed furnishings. The entire house was designed with large groups, guest comfort and open flow convenience in mind.

The main floor offers open concept with a large kitchen, granite countertops, stocked with all essentials. The main level also has 3 bedrooms with a full bath in between bedrooms 2 and 3. Every bedroom on the main floor has a king size bed and 55" TV in every room. Living room on the main level is outfitted with 65" TV, and queen size pullout sofa sleeper. Walk into the entertainment garage and be greeted by two more TV's, epoxy floor, and infrared garage heater.

When you walk downstairs you'll have another living area with 55"TV, and another sofa sleeper. Bedroom #4 is right around the corner with a king size bed and 55" TV. Bedroom #5 has two full size beds and a 32" TV. Second full bath is located right at the bottom of the stairs.

Perfect place for a group visit for Packers game!

The property was perfect for our large group traveling to a Green Bay Packer game. The location was great for walking to everything. The accommodations were great. We had everything we needed. The garage was a perfect spot to gather the night before the game!

Game day perfection

Rented this place for a game day weekend. Unfortunately it was rainy and a little cold but the place was great. Awesome location so easy to get places even with a little rain. Garage is perfect for watching games and hanging out. Next year planning on getting in a day early to watch college games and enjoy The property even more.

Awesome game weekend experience!

Even though we didn't see a WIN for the Packers, this house provided us with an amazing game weekend within walking distance of everywhere we needed to or wanted to go. The house was very clean, set up well for large parties, and despite having only two bathrooms, our entire multi-couple party felt very comfortable and at home! Will certainly consider staying at this location again!

Best Located Home

This is one of the nicest places we've stayed and with the perfect layout. It was cozy and had all the necessities for our stay. It was also very clean, modern, and easy to walk to all of the sites you want to see. Definitely a 5 star and highly recommended.

House was very nice and clean. The bedrooms could use mirrors for everyone to be able to get ready with only 2 bathrooms and room for 14, mirrors in bedrooms would be nice.

Fall Get Together

Our family and friends were gathered in Green Bay for a funeral of a great friend. This property was a great place for a few of us to stay! The house is fabulous, super clean and well appointed! Super cute garage with games! I brought back my foosball skills I learned back in college...35 years ago!! It is super close to Hinterland, where we had an amazing meal. Thank you for letting us stay!

Awesome Lambeau experience

Place is great, location location, location for staduium, bars, and Door County day trips. Need broom/swifer and a luggage stand/place for the suitcase since there's no dressers. But all the prior review issues, blinds and towels were all resolved by our stay and the place was great.

Getting groovy in Green Bay

This property worked out great for our family of 15! The kitchen was upgraded and well stocked for cooking in. The garage which opened to the backyard was a fun place to hang out. The kid’s sandbox was a nice touch. Property was clean and location was great - walking distance to many fun destinations. It would have been nice to have some blinds in the bedroom windows and enough bath towels for each guest though. Great place to make lots of fun family memories. Would stay again !

Wonderful Home near Lambeau

This is the perfect location for visiting Lambeau, Titletown, Resch Center and many restaurants/breweries. Beautiful updates throughout, including a great garage space and patio with TVs, gas grill and games. Nicely stocked kitchen, but would recommend a better coffee maker and additional mugs. Our only issue was the HVAC did not work during our visit. We received quick response from Stay Green Bay, but the service technician did not fix the problem. We would still recommend this property.

Great Family Weekend

Had a great family weekend at this house. In Green Bay for the Badger Region Volleyball Championships at the Resch Expo Center right across the street which was great. We were able to walk to the Expo Center for the event which was awesome. House was clean and spacious for our large group of 14. Garage and basement area were great for the kids. Only negative is the parking situation. For a large group of 14 coming from across the state, you can only really fit 2 cars in the driveway. Green Bay city ordinance doesn't allow parking from 3:00am - 5:00am year round so that is really annoying but not the property owner's fault, but we didn't know that until we received our check-in instructions. We made due, with our group managing only 1 parking ticket for the weekend but it was also $42. We would definitely stay there again if in town for an event at the Resch. Check in was easy with remote code, checkout was easy with minimal requirements which is key when you're trying to get 14 people out the door by 11:00am. Overall great experience.

Nice Location

We had a nice family stay for Packers Family Night and it was a great location. Everything was clean and it was easy to check in and out. There were a few things that came up. First, the pull out sofa downstairs was broken and the response was 'yes we knew about that' (vs. telling us ahead of time) We did find a blow up mattress in the bathroom so we used that instead which was a good substitute. The Keurig was broken but they offered to replace that ASAP so that was great! Last, a smoke detector went off at 1am (which is out of their control) but some back up batteries might be something to keep on hand in the future. Overall, everything went smooth and about what we expected in terms of size, location, etc.

Total disappointment

I rented this property to host my friends for my 50th birthday. All were coming from other states and most had never been to Lambeau. When we arrived, we noticed the recycling bin and garbage can was already 90% full and according to the check in email, garbage pick up in that neighborhood is Thursday so it’s obvious that no one came to pull the bins to the end of the driveway after the last guests. The house does have plenty of room for large groups but not enough basic essentials. For 16 of us, there were four coffee cups and 12 towels. I asked in advance if we needed to bring linens for the pull out couches or extra towels because we would be using all available sleep space. The response was the house had enough. That was not true at all. There were no extra sheets, blankets for the pull out couches or towels. The beds only have a thin blanket and no top sheet. But for some reason each room had extra pillow cases. The friends on the pull out couches had no covers. FYI: The furnace blower is extremely loud and kept waking everyone up. Most disappointing is the Wifi and TVs were not working properly. I tried calling but it was as if the call was picked up and then immediately hung up. I sent a text immediately after, the response was they were checking with spectrum. When I asked for an update, later, the response was, “I put a ticket in” Two guests are IT professionals and could not figure it out, as we could connect to wifi but then it would not allow apps to be launched in the Tvs or our phones. There are no instructions anywhere in the house either. At 5am an email was sent to say service was restored and could I confirm. I responded that it was still not working and the response was “we have five other houses on that block and the service is just fine.” I tried to explain further and then never heard from them again. We missed all the college games, pre-game coverage and the rest of the NFL games. The second night there was only five of us so we could take blankets from other beds but for what this place cost, you could get 5 rooms at the Lodge Kohler and truly have a 5 star experience. I called the day after checkout and spoke to the property manager and it turns out, she was the person I had texted and emailed. I gave her some advice that when guests are struggling to get things working at the property, better to answer the phone so there is a true understanding of what is going on and send someone out to assist.
