This beautiful updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom in the coveted Beach Walk area of Sandpiper Cove. Now including Free Beach Service now included with your 2023 rental from 3/1/23-10/31/23. Two beach chairs and umbrella will be set up on the beach for you daily. Weekly value is $175.--

This property is dog friendly, you are able to bring one pet under 30 pounds for a nonrefundable $200 plus tax pet fee

Sandpiper Cove is 43 acres in a gated community which is a beachfront complex of 630 units with direct deeded access to white sandy sugar beaches that Destin is known for. Sandpiper Cove boast of many amenities including a gated community, 5 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, 6 tennis courts, a Par 3 executive 9 hole golf course and 2 onsite restaurants. While on the beach enjoy Rick Sand Trap Beach Bar or Louisiana Lagniappe offers harborfront dining on the Destin Harbor! Sandpiper Cove is within walking distance to numerous upscale shopping areas, restaurants and other local attractions.

Great Location

We enjoyed all the amenities that sandpiper cove offers… and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Awesome perk was the Xplorie service which allows for free golf!

Labor Day Getaway

Love the location of this unit. This is our 3rd stay at Sandpiper Cove and this may be our favorite unit.

Second Time to Stay Here

This was my second time to stay in this unit. Once on a girls trip and this time on a family trip. Close to the beach and nice property. Very affordable and great location.

Great place!

Overall, this was a great place for our family. Very clean and conveniently located. My only negative comment is on the back deck. Some of the rails are very loose/rusted out and our kids (3 & 5) pushed through them with no effort.

Beach getaway

Overall, unit was clean with new, updated beach decor. Property and proximity to beach great! No towel racks and grill wasn’t usable so that was disappointing.

Great place but managed poorly!

I hate to give this place such a bad rating, but it's because it's mainly due to being poorly managed by Emerald Coast Vacations. This place is in a perfect location and the condo was updated nicely. But, basically our family walked into a dirty condo, with dirty linen, dirty bathroom, etc....the unit was never cleaned from prior guest. I reached out to the property management and was told there was a mistake and to wait for a call back regarding what time the cleaning crew would arrive. So long story short, after waiting 15 minutes for a call back, that I never received. I had to call the property management back myself. Then was spoken to rudely and unprofessionally and to make matters worst the gentleman hung up on me, because we wanted a exact time our condo would be cleaned. Fyi the cleaning crew finally showed up around 5:30. Which was a hour and half after check-in time. So yes if you choose sandpiper cove. I would not recommend booking through Emerald Coast Vacations on VRBO. We understand things happen, but the situation was not handled well and the level of professionalism was poor . We would probably stay here again only if booked from the true owner.
