*Book this modern and newly renovated second floor unit located on the golf course and canal! While the interior is beautiful, the exterior is where the you would probably spend most time. On the property we have total of 5 pools spread out through 43 acres. Activity center where we have tennis courts, shuffle board, pickle-ball, etc. We also have a 9 hole par 3 golf course. Private beach access is right across the street with available tiki-bar (seasonal). Regarding housekeeping needs, we have a housekeeping window open everyday for necessities. Maintenance and Front Desk staff is on site everyday as well, all with a pleasure to serve you!

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, clean and neat. A couple fixes hot water runs out very quickly , outlet in makeup are bath does not work, and washer dryer seems to be on its last leg.

Happy Son and Dog!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this unit for my son's yearly birthday trip to Destin. Being able to bring our fur baby was an added bonus! We hate leaving him behind, and this space was perfect for all of us! Very clean, newly renovated. We did not mind it being on the backside of the property. We live in the city so are use to the occasional horn and emergency vehicle. The boys walked to the beach to crab hunt, and we took the car when we had a load for a full day on the water. Easy access either way! The security guards were very attentive to all vehicles entering. That was nice to see!
