In the municipality of Le Gosier and close to Sainte-Anne, the location of the villa is ideal for visiting the entire island and enjoying the most beautiful beaches of Grande-Terre.
Less than 5 minutes by car from the villa, you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, La Poste, and a gas station.
With an area of 90 mÂČ 60 mÂČ of covered terrace), the villa can accommodate 6 people:
On one level, the villa consists of 3 bedrooms distributed as follows:
-2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a standard double bed (140/200)
-1 air-conditioned room equipped with a Queen Size double bed (160/200)
-1 shower room with toilet
-1 guest toilet
-1 living area with a very well-equipped kitchen, and a lounge open to the terrace
-1 utility room adjacent to the villa with washing machine and storage
-1 covered terrace equipped with a dining area and a garden lounge area, and an uncovered terrace around the punch bowl for sunbathing
You will enjoy the partially shaded terrace to spend pleasant moments with friends or family. You will also appreciate refreshing yourself in the 3x3 punch basin.
The whole thing on a plot of land of 1000 m2, fully fenced, with electric gate.
