Great family vacation!

The host Alain was great. He was very helpful and kind. We had some issues with our rental car upon arrival, and he even called and gave us a ride out of kindness! The house was everything it was promised to be. I would definitely book here!

Magnificent View & Amenities

This property is in excellent condition, very clean and secure. The pictures in this listing say everything you need to know. Alain is an attentive host and very accessible when questions come up. Le Gosier, where the villa is located, is a nice central point on the island - beautiful beaches, good restaurants, bakery and grocery are within 10-15 minutes. We were able to reach the national park and west side of Basse Terre within an hour. One bit of warning: The driveway in/out of the property has steep inclines. If you rent a manual transmission vehicle, make sure you're ready for it!

Team's retreat - beautiful house with wonderful amenities

We had an amazing stay at this house! The infinity pool and hot tub were absolutely sublime, and we enjoyed playing ping pong and darts after dinner. The abundance of board games and the incredible home theatre were also highlights. The hammocks were perfect for relaxing, and we appreciated the many common spaces, which were great for both work and leisure. A minor downside is that the best beach in Ste-Anne is a 15-minute drive, which wasn’t ideal for us. Additionally, while I wanted to jog in the area, the small, hilly streets didn’t feel safe to share with cars, as some drivers seemed a bit reckless. The host was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to our needs. When we requested yoga mats, they kindly accommodated us. We also loved that composting is available on-site! One thing to note: the mosquitoes are no joke. They’re practically invisible but very persistent. Bug spray and after-bite treatments help but aren’t foolproof—we all got hundreds of bites that were incredibly itchy. A tip: stock up at the local pharmacy! Locals joked that mosquitoes only bite tourists, which hardly feels fair. Despite the mosquitoes, this villa is truly wonderful, and I highly recommend it!

Une villa exceptionnelle dans un cadre exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable de 12 jours au sein de cette magnifique villa. L’emplacement est parfait afin de visiter la Guadeloupe, la maison est très spacieuse, très bien équipée, au calme, l’espace de vie dehors offre une vue magnifique sur le jardin et la mer avec les Saintes en arrière plan… Merci Alain pour ton accueil et ton sens du service, si le paradis existe, c’est peut-être ici !

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 9 jours dans la maison d'Alain qui nous a accueilli comme à la maison! La maison est vraiment magnifique et très bien équipée. Il y a une chambre de plain pied, les autres étant au niveau inférieur, chacune avec une salle de bain attitrée. La maison est éloignée de la route principale, ce qui permet d'être très au calme mais nécessite de bien suivre les explications (ou le GPS) pour la trouver. Merci encore à Alain pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time here. The house was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Alain, our host, was very helpful and promptly answered any queries we had. I would definitely recommend! A car is an absolute necessity as the house isn’t within walking distance of a town but we knew this and it wasn’t an issue for us.

Deux magnifiques semaines en guadeloupe

Alain est un hôte charmant et disponible. Sa villa présente tout le confort qu’on pourrait souhaiter (chambre avec salles de bain privatives, climatisation, cuisine TOUT équipée, espaces de loisirs et de détente). Mention spéciale pour la réactivité en cas de pépin pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Nous étions avec des amis et enfants et l’on peut aussi bien profiter des grands espaces ensemble que des différentes zones. Vue magnifique sur les Saintes, plein sud!

Open Air Paradise

Alain's property is a dream - and one of the very best aspects is the ease of communication with Alain. He is immediately responsive, before and during your stay. The property itself is wonderful, with thoughtful and artful touches throughout. The house, in particular the kitchen, lacked for nothing. The salt-water pool and hot tub were enjoyed by our girls for hours everyday and we never closed the doors to the patio in the nine days we stayed. The movie room looks amazing, but we were so enamored with the outdoor spaces that we never used it.

Truly wonderful

Through the years we have stayed at many rental properties all over the world and we would have to say that this was our favorite. The house is elegant and very comfortable--every aspect so well designed down to the small details like lighting, appliances in the kitchen and many nice amenities to make the stay easy and extra enjoyable. Mr. Theophile was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with before our arrival and during our stay. He kindly helped us to connect with locals to set up dinners and activities when we asked for suggestions (which was truly a wonderful experience after we had the stressful misfortune of losing our reservation at another rental 2 weeks before our trip to Grand Terre--be sure to avoid Homeaway listing #1817687a). Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Une expérience exceptionnelle

Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La villa est juste magnifique, décorée avec soin, très bien équipée et très propre. Quant au cadre de vie, avec cette vue sur la mer et les Saintes, juste relaxant ! Les photos visibles sur le site sont plus que contractuelles ! Alain, le propriétaire, s'est montré très disponible, et ce à compter de la réservation jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour. Je vous recommande fortement la villa Zénitude pour vos futures vacances . Top ! Top ! Et re-Top !

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette superbe villa avec nos 3 enfants. Nous avions de l’espace à revendre. Elle peut accueillir le double de personnes sans pour autant se marcher dessus. Tout le monde est revenu enchanté. Superbe piscine à débordement avec vue imprenable, immense jacuzzi, table de ping-pong, jeu de pétanque, pièce dédiée au home cinéma, iguanes qui viennent nous rendre visite, vue sur les saintes et j’en passe…, il faudrait être difficile ! Emerveillés à l’arrivée, et tellement déçus de devoir la quitter après 7 jours, beaucoup trop court. Agencement au top. Equipement au top. Et que dire de notre hôte ? Il aura été au petit soin pour nous durant tout le séjour, répondant à toutes nos questions, tous nos désirs. Même le jardinier a été adorable. Eau de coco au petit déjeuner provenant d’une noix franchement cueillie dans le jardin et préparée avec soin. What else !? Ah si ! Un petit bémol tout de même ! Il fallait bien en trouver un pour le principe ! Il est clair que la Guadeloupe est le pays du planteur, c’est indéniable ! Maintenant, un petit pilon dans le tiroir de la cuisine pourtant plus que fourni en accessoires divers et variés, serait bien utile pour le petit mojito du soir, soleil couchant. ;-) Si vous hésitez entre plusieurs villas, arrêtez votre choix ici, vous serez enchantés ! Alain, encore merci pour votre accueil. Au plaisir de revenir passer du bon temps chez vous.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

In allen Bereichen hat uns das Ferienhaus überzeugt. Die Villa bietet viel Komfort sowie viele Extras (z.B. Soundboks Bluetooth Lautsprecher), die durch den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, Herrn Theophile, sehr angenehm ergänzt wurde. Insofern können wir acht Männer diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Lieber Alain, herzlichen Dank!

Grandeur parfaite pour nous

Notre famille avons demeuré à cette villa en mars 2019. Celle-ci était d’une grandeur parfaite pour nous. L’espace commun est très ouvert. Nous avions l’impression de vivre à l’extérieur avec la commodité d’être à l’abri des rayons du soleil et des quelques gouttes de pluie que nous avons reçu durant notre séjour. La table de la salle à dîner, qui est à l’extérieur d’ailleurs, est très grande et très belle. La piscine qui est située à proximité de l’espace commun, nous permettait de surveiller les enfants qui jouaient dans celle-ci en tout temps. Nous retrouvons la tranquillité dans les chambres à coucher car elles sont à l’écart de l’espace commun. Elles sont toutes munies d’une salle de bain qui est très pratique pour tous. La cour arrière donne une belle espace pour que les enfants puissent jouer en toute sécurité. Nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec certains appareils électroménagers. De façon générale, nous avons profité d’un très beau séjour en Guadeloupe.
