Wonderful quick getaway

Cottage was perfect for 2 and location is great- short walking distance to beach and restaurants. Owners are attentive to details and the accommodations are comfortable and spotless!

The cottage was great. It was modern, clean, well stocked, quiet and a wonderful location. Ken and Julie are terrific hosts. We loved walking everywhere. Riding bikes on the boardwalk in the morning was a lot of fun. Ocean Grove is a beautiful town with such great history. Days ice cream is delicious. We explored some of Asbury and want to see more. Highly recommend staying with Ken and Julie.

Best hosts & property you can ask for!

The hosts are wonderful, welcoming people and the cottage is beautiful and lovingly maintained. Every thoughtful amenity is provided to make your stay comfortable. The location is absolutely fantastic near the charming Main Street of Ocean Grove and a short walk or bike ride to Asbury Park. And, of course, very close to the beach!

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay in the town of Ocean Grove. We knew little of the area prior to our visit but fell in love with the charm of its victorian architecture and ambience. I would highly recommend the Chic Boutique Cottage if you visit the area.

Beautifully decorated & great location

The cottage is wonderfully decorated -the kitchen is beautiful and spacious, everything is updated and renovated. Located in the northern part of Ocean Grove so it's a block and a foot bridge away from Asbury Park. About 3-4 blocks to the beach; cottage includes 2 badges, chairs and towels. Ken & Julie were available for any questions, they are next door for anything you need!

Just bring your clothes!

We have stayed at several VRBO locations. We didn't even have to bring a roll of paper towels at this rental! The owners, Ken and Julie, were available at all times and very friendly. The welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates were a wonderful way to begin our vacation. Just a short walk into town or up to the beach. Asbury Park with a ton of restaurants was a short walkway away. Definately would rent again.

Best VRBO Stay!

This was the best VRBO stay we've ever had. Accommodations are as shown in the photos. Clean and well maintained. Super responsive hosts. Will definitely look to stay here again if we visit Ocean Grove.

Lovely Home, Great Location

From the start the owners were extremely responsive and super nice. The home was well-appointed with really nice touches. You can tell the owners put extra thought into this home, including a comfortable master bed. The neighborhood is great and walkable to Asbury Park, restaurants and convenience stores. Would definitely stay at this home again!

We found perfection at the shore!

This is the kind of place that you are tempted to not share how great it is so you can have it to yourself! Everything was wonderful! The cottage itself is beautifully appointed with modern and charming decor and amenities. Everything you might need is thoughtfully provided with great attention to detail. It’s bright and very clean. The location is absolutely primo, the beach is a short walk down the street and the best ice cream shop is an even shorter walk down the street! All the fun & charm of both Ocean Grove and Asbury Park are within walking or biking distance. Finally, the owners are simply the nicest, most gracious hosts. They gave us a tip on a local event that led to one of the best days of our holiday and they went out of their way to greet us and make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Five stars all around, wholeheartedly recommend & we hope to return!

Everything!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience than our stay at Chic Boutique Cottage! So tastefully decorated, comfy, cozy, clean and well equipped! The location was great! Lots of amenities. Perfect getaway cottage

I spent a week at the Chic Boutique Cottage and loved it! The cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal being so close to downtown Asbury Park as well as a short walk to the beach. Ken & Julie were great hosts too! Thanks for renting to me and I hope to be back next summer.

Great Family Beach Destination

My wife, 7 year-old son and I spent a few days here and had a great visit. The house is nicely renovated and kept extremely clean. My wife usually ends up wiping down everything when we check into a hotel or rent a property (I know... neat freak!) - but didn't feel the need to do any of that here. We loved that you can park your car and then forget about it - the beach is a 5-10 min walk and there are lots of good restaurant choices in Ocean Grove or Asbury Park that are also 5-10 min walks. We were able to use beach badges, chairs, umbrella and a cart from the house which made beach visits even nicer and easier. A few words about the hosts, Ken and Julie. They were extremely professional and helpful. The day before we arrived, they reached out to let us know that there was a problem with the house (previous tenant broke something) and let us know how they were going to get it fixed, and offered us an alternative if the problem wasn't fixed. I especially appreciate that they were proactive about the problem and didn't make it a surprise when we arrived.
