This is unit A
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath residence. This unit is comprised of the first and second floor, guests will use the front door as an entrance, and will have two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Each unit has its own kitchen and entrance, the only thing you share with possible guests using the basement apartment is the backyard.

Unit B is the basement level apartment, each guest unit is completely separate and has its own entrance, the only thing shared by both units is the back yard.

REVIEWS MAY INDICATE THAT THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM UNIT, BUT AS OF FRIDAY JUNE 3RD IT BECAME A 3 BEDROOM UNIT AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS.

This is a very safe and quiet residential neighborhood centrally located and close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Powers Corridor is only five minutes away and offers multiple restaurants, shopping and a movie theater, all within 5 to 15 minutes of the property. Air Force Academy is 25 minutes away.

There is a door at the top of the basement steps. The door has a deadbolt and only the owner has the key, it is always locked. Neither unit has access to the other.

For your safety and comfort, we disinfect all high touch surfaces, and all linens are washed after every guest.

We offer contactless check in, keys are provided via a lockbox.

Nice House

Stay in Colorado Springs

Excellent property, easy checking, very clean. Double bed in second bedroom was too small for two people. Everything we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Lovely, spacious home in a suburban neighborhood

While we were hoping for a 3 bedroom home, they were above our price range. This place ended up being a great value and more than we were expecting! It's in a quiet, suburban family neighborhood with very nice homes. This is actually a 3 bedroom home, but the owners have closed off some of the rooms for their access only. It's very spacious with two big living rooms, a very nice kitchen with everything you need for cooking and food storage. There were even items in the pantry/freezer we were able to use which was really helpful the first morning since we got in so late the night before and hadn't bought groceries. There's a deck with table and chairs that we enjoyed that overlooks a beautiful, very large backyard. The home is clean and well maintained. I'm so glad we chose this home!

Perfect Stay for Parents weekend at USAFA!

The property was as pictured!! Perfect home for three of us. Everything was as imagined, could not have asked for more than this. Property was very clean and well equipped for our stay. Super cozy home, highly recommend it!!!

Amazing Home

Nice Property. Very Nice Homeowner and quick to respond. HVAC didn't work and was frozen during our stay. Wasn't the homeowners fault s these things happen. She did try and solve the issue.

Spacious and comfortable!

This was a clean, comfortable and spacious house. Our hosts Adriana and Bill were helpful and responsive. They answered our questions promptly and provided additional furniture and household items we requested. Kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. Location was perfect for us. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We are a traveling couple, we like to stay at nice AirBnB locations, so we know what we like and what to offer to make your stay more pleasant and enjoyable. This property has 2 units available for rental, this 2-bedroom unit plus a 1-bedroom guest suite with separate basement entrance. These 2 units are centrally located.

We also have a fabulous 2-bedroom log home in the forest, 5 1/2 serene and beautiful acres, with a hot-tub. That home is located 20 minutes north of this property.
