Located in the secure residence of Mont Vernon, close to shops and a few minutes walk from the magnificent beach of Orient Bay, this spacious studio on the top floor offers you a comfortable stay with a breathtaking view of the sea.

As soon as you enter, you will discover a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals easily. The sleeping area has a king size bed (200x200) and a dressing room to store your belongings. The living room/living room opens onto a covered terrace where you can relax while listening to the gentle sound of the waves. You can enjoy air conditioning to keep you cool on hot days, as well as high-speed fiber optic internet connection to stay connected. The residence also offers a beautiful shared swimming pool (open all year from 8am to 6pm) where you can cool off and relax.
You also have access to the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental vehicle.

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with little attentions to make your stay even more pleasant.

Cleaning and linen are included in the stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as the rental of cots

Please note that Saint-Martin is a small island with different infrastructure than a mainland. It is possible that the water and electricity distribution networks sometimes encounter malfunctions. However, the distribution companies always do their best to quickly restore any cuts. It is important to note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant which requires electricity to operate. We decline all responsibility in the event of any inconvenience related to these situations.
