Denna stora, vackert inredda 4 sovrum / 3 bad delad nivå ön hem ligger 50 kilometer från mousserande Baby Beach (en lugn, skyddad blå lagunen i hjärtat av Poipu Beach). Takhöjden, stora uteplatser och fläktar hela gör detta tropiska lever som bäst! På övervåningen finns tre sovrum, två badrum, vardagsrum med platt-TV, komplett kök, rostfria vitvaror, lindas runt uteplatser och takfläktar hela. Nedervåningen är en kung sovrum med badrum och vardagsrum med platt-TV och bäddsoffa. 10 sovplatser bekvämt. Stor privat trädgård med grönskande landskap. Detta hem ligger i det bästa området på ön i soliga Poipu / Koloa. Vi har nyligen renoverat interiören med ny färg, mattor, travertin kakel golv, granit, skåp, badrum / fixturer och nya rostfria vitvaror. Det har varit helt uppgraderats i hela hemmet och ser ut som ny! Detta hem är privatägt och vi erbjuder våra gäster den bästa ränta på ön för en stor hem. Great Beach Rental

Amazing location. Lovely rental near the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room and privacy for a group of 5 adults.

Perfect for our group

Loved the downstairs apartment for the family with the kids. We had everything needed for the baby including a stroller, walker, high chair and baby gate. We had everything we needed for the beach, dinners and just hanging out. I was so pleased with the short walk to the beach, the snorkeling and the sea turtles. We had so much room inside out out. Our only problem was trying to get all the beach towels washed and put away before our early departure the next morning. Would love to stay here again. An upstairs ice machine would be nice.

Family trip

This house is in the perfect location! We all came together for my fathers birthday and it was spacious enough for all of us! (3 small families). Loved that the kitchen was stocked with all necessities and some extras (air fryer!). It of course gets hot in the afternoon but that’s what Baby Beach is for! A quick dip and some fans and your good to go until bedtime when it cools down more. This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back again!!!

My name is Shelley and I am the owner's Executive Assistant and also the property manager of this family vacation home. I have had the opportunity to spend a great deal of time in Kauai and have established great friendships with some of the local islanders. I work in tandem with trustworthy on-island residents to successfully manage the property. One of the greatest perks of my job is the time I get to spend at the home during maintenance and repairs. I have had the opportunity to experience many of the wonderful adventure activities that Kauai has to offer.

Varför värden valde detta boende

It is truly a home away from home. The owners visit the home on a regular basis and make sure it has everything you need while you are away from home. There is a BBQ grill on the lanai for cookouts and plenty of kitchenware to cook your meals at home. The home has plenty of space for a large family to enjoy and the home is situated on a large piece of property with a private backyard. There are plenty of beach toys and gear including fins, chairs, cooler, umbrella, for our guests to use. It is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods on the island and is just a short walk down the street from Baby Beach, which is a quiet little beach that is perfect for small children. There is also plenty of parking in the driveway for at least 4 or more vehicles. You will hate to leave by the end of your stay.

The home is great for a large family group up to ten guests. The downstairs is a private space with a bedroom, living room, bathroom and wet bar to give those wishing for more privacy their own space while still being able to join the others upstairs in the main living area of the home. The morning walks along Lawai Road to Spouting Horn are a great way to start the day and Kukuiula Shopping Center is just a short walk away. You can feel the Aloha spirit!
