Perfect Spring Break vacation!

This is a beautiful, big two bedroom condo that’s in a great location in Orange Beach. I was worried I would miss an ocean front view, but my kids loved watching the boats on the bay from the balcony. Both bedrooms and the living space is comfortable. Loved our stay here!

Varför värden valde detta boende

🌟 Why We Love and Chose This Property
We purchased this condo not only to start a fun, new family business but also to create a truly special retreat that our own large family can enjoy year after year.

We specifically chose Phoenix IX because we firmly believe it is the "cream of the crop" among Orange Beach condominiums, offering unparalleled quality and a less-crowded atmosphere.

However, the real magic is inside our unit:

The Views: Our private 9th-floor corner unit provides stunning, wide-ranging vistas of Ole River, Ono Island, the Gulf, and the spectacular sunsets.

The Balcony: We instantly fell in love with the oversized private balcony, which is the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and soaking in the Gulf Coast air.

We wanted to offer our guests a place where luxury meets family comfort—and this property delivers exactly that!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

✨ Unrivaled Privacy and Spectacular Views
This corner unit offers truly unique advantages you won't find in standard condos:

-The Ultimate View: Experience a breathtaking coastal panorama that captures everything—from the serene Intercoastal Waterway and the Gulf beach to magnificent sunsets visible for most of the year. This wide-ranging perspective is simply exceptional.

-Superior Privacy: Your escape is truly private. Unlike typical units, our exclusive corner location means there are no other balconies situated directly next to yours, guaranteeing you peace, quiet, and maximum solitude while you relax on the oversized balcony.
