The condo unit is of course, wonderful, but the whole condominium of Phoenix 9 is really thoughtfully designed and convenient. We would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Wonderful beach vacation at Phoenix 9

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Phoenix 9! The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the best-stocked beach rental kitchen we’ve experienced. The beautiful view, uncrowded beach and pool, wonderful beach chair attendant, and friendly staff made for a fantastic vacation.Guests traveling with someone who has mobility limitations should note that the toilet seats are quite low and the bed is very high. My mobility-impaired mom needed a makeshift step to get in and out of the bed safely, so consider these factors before booking. We would absolutely recommend this condo\!

Great Experience!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only suggestion I would make...please consider updating the antiquated TV in the Living Room to a Smart TV. That would allow guests to log into their own streaming platforms.
