Med endast 55 lĂ€genheter som hyras hos Phoenix IX kan du vara sĂ€ker pĂ„ att du kommer att ha en trevlig avkopplande semester utan att hundratals mĂ€nniskor trĂ€nger runt.

So clean and everything exactly like it was listed. Amazing views. Right on the beach. Felt like we were staying at home! The only complaint is the TV system is a little outdated.

Amenities

The property has nice appliances and a big laundry room so we could keep our wet clothes dry and out of the way. We also had enough paper towels and toilet paper so we didn’t have to buy extra. The kitchen was much more equipped than other places. It was very nice for us. We’re elderly and I use a walker and we brought our grandson.

Great Family Vacation Spot

My family and i had the best week in this condo! It has everything you need even an ice maker for your cooler to take down to the beach every day! The view from the balcony is great! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The place was clean and the owner was responsive to anything we needed and any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

A stunning, comfortable condo on a beautiful beach. Our only complaint (and this is very minor) is that the kitchen was a little too bare
no foil, no small baking sheet (there was a huge pizza pan), no salt, pepper or sugar. There was also no dishwashing liquid or a sponge to wash things we did use that could not go into the dishwasher. We had to make a couple of Walmart runs to get items we were not expecting to have to provide. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would come back to this same unit if available.

Four adults and an 18 month old!

Excellent!! Pretty much baby proof condo. With minor redecorating is super nice when you have an active toddler. Everything was clean, simple, relaxing, facility 10/10. Recommend 100%
