Property is very dated. Pictures don't match. Property needs updated, everything is dated, furniture is a hodge podge of mismatch, beds are not comfortable. Not stocked well with cooking necessities and drawers falling apart. Definitely not worth the cost compared to other units. Property needed work prior to checking in, which I was allowed to still check in, which I appreciated. Ended up having to call about drains. Elevators not working properly. I stayed here in this same unit 2 years ago, elevators with the same issues, and unit is worse now.

The condo was perfect. Very clean and super spacious. We had 4 adults and stayed 7 nights. The views of the Gulf were amazing. The pool was wonderful. I was a bit concerned when I saw it was across from the elevator but never heard a sound. Construction on the condo did start while we were there but they never started earlier than 9am.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the construction schedule and are happy it did not interfere with your trip. Thank you for the wonderful feedback and for choosing us for your vacation.

PCB in Sept

Property offers a lot of easy accessible amenities. Enjoyed pool and beach areas. Unit floor plan worked out well, ocean view is limited.

Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in PCB, Dianne. We are surprised to hear the ocean view is limited, as this condo is located directly on the beach with a Gulf view. We feel the photos clearly depict the view from the condo.

Amazing time

Everything was perfect, location as always, room was clean and had everything we needed. If I can change one thing it would be to replace the mattresses, it brought back memories of Boot Camp. With that being said our family will be coming back again and we had a great time.

Liked Watercrest

We liked our stay, but the deck could have been cleaned better. The master bedroom bed needs a new box springs as you tend to move to the center thru the night.

Family Trip

Loved the condo with a nice balcony and beautiful view. It was comfortable for our group. Unit is a few steps away from the elevator. Check in is between 4-6pm. Just a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a small unexpected issue: Condo had to be sprayed for crawling roaches and we had to pay 57 for the parking permit which is done online. Sue from the management was helpful and our parking fee was reimbursed. Overall, I would stay here again.

The place was fine overall, but I wouldn’t choose this particular unit again. The balcony is tucked away, so the views aren’t as good as other spots on the property. When I asked about checking in early, they wanted to charge 50—seriously? That left a bad taste. Also, they don’t mention it on the listing, but there’s a required parking fee. Definitely better locations on this property if you’re looking for a good view and straightforward experience.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear the overall stay was fine, though we’re sorry this unit didn’t meet your expectations with the balcony view and that the early check-in fee and parking fee felt frustrating. We’ll review how these details are communicated so guests have a clearer understanding ahead of time. We appreciate your input and hope we can host you in a unit better suited to your preferences next time.
