Tropiskt paradis - 200 'från stranden! Privat med delvis havsutsikt

Du kommer inte att gå fel när du bor i detta härliga hem med havsutsikt. Det är mitt i allt, men ändå väldigt lugnt och privat. Bara 200 meter från den stora stranden även vid högvatten. Du kan spela hela dagen i solen och komma hem och koppla av på din egen skärmad veranda. Efter det kan du ta ett dopp i poolen på Beach Club, som ligger bara två kvarter från huset. Det finns 4 sovrum, 3 på nedervåningen och ett loft på övervåningen.

Delvis utsikt över havet tillsammans med ett tropiskt paradis med 45 träd. En lugn miljö inkluderar en dubbel stor parti. Bekvämt beläget inom gångavstånd från Island Beach Club Pools, Dining and Tennis Courts. En gång- / cykelväg är tvärs över gatan. Det nära strandområdet är inte trångt.

Detta hus har många funktioner. Det stora yttre däck har utsikt över partiet med många träd och utsikt över havet. Den visade verandan med takfläkt är perfekt för konversationer, restauranger, spel eller avkoppling. Utomhusdusch med varmt / kallt vatten är bekvämt när du kommer tillbaka från stranden. På bottenvåningen finns det stora vardagsrummet med soffor och stolar, en öppen spis, 55 tums Smart HDTV, Apple TV, DVD, Bluetooth Stereo som är perfekt för avkoppling eller underhållning. Köket har en stor matplats med fin utsikt över havet. Det stora sovrummet är stort med en king size-säng, 43 tums smart HDTV på väggen och privat badrum med duschkabin. Nästa sovrum har en king size-säng med en 26 tums HDTV. Det tredje sovrummet på bottenvåningen har 2 tvillingar med en 43 tums smart HDTV på väggen. Ett komplett badrum i korridoren. På övervåningen finns ett loft med 2 drottningar, 1 tvilling, soffa, klädkammare, 46 tums HDTV och badrum.

Vårt hus har en rökning, ingen husdjur tillåtna policy. Det finns mycket att göra på Fripp Island. Huset har bredband och wifi. Allt är här för dig! Kom och var med oss... Du kanske aldrig vill lämna!

Super convenient location. House is a mix of modern convenience (kitchen! So much storage!) and vintage charm. Very nice porch furniture—reading on the deck was one of my favorite parts of the week. Mary is wonderfully communicative and accommodating. This was our first visit to Fripp and it was delightful.

We had a great time on Fripp. The house's location is great. Mary was excellent to work with and quick to resolve a couple of smaller problems that arose. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked with anything you could need. It was very hot our week but the air conditioner was great. The only negatives were some garbage under and around 1 bed and there were tiny flies all week.

Best stay in 50 years

We have stayed at Fripp for over 50 years. This homeowner is among the few who understands that at Fripp the guests must prepare most of their meals themselves. The kitchen was fully equipped. The home was totally comfortable for our family. We truly felt like a guest in someone's home, not just in a commercial resort. The homeowner was quick to provide all information and take care of our needs. It couldn't have been better.

This house was just what our family needed! The kitchen was definitely the best-equipped of any rental property we have experienced, and we definitely made use of the second fridge in the basement. Having such close access to the beach was wonderful for the families with littles. After rinsing the kids off with the hose outside, they could feed them at the table on the screened-in porch without bringing sand and water into the house. Mary, the host was readily available for questions. And, the AC kept working, even during a terrible heat wave! (The only thing to be aware of is that the upstairs loft area has an open space to the living area below. There is a light blocking curtain hung there, which does help, but it isn't soundproof. So, bring a sound machine for anyone sleeping in that space.)

enjoyable summer vacation

Very well equipped with recent renovations.. there was a large amount of beach equipment ( chairs, tent, wagon, toys for infants) that made the time at the beach more enjoyable. The property was exactly as advertised and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location and beautiful beach

Location is great, bedrooms fit our 6 adult, 5 children family well. Kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Toilets didn't flush well, but we managed and had a great time.

Great House

This was our second time staying at this house. We had a great time. It is an easy walk to the beach and so close that you can go home for lunch. There have been several upgrades since our first stay and they made the house even better. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

This was a non smoking residence, yet there were many cigarette butts in front that I had to remove.

Summer two week stay

The porch and deck are private, shady, and relaxing surrounded by palms and water oaks with the ocean in view one row off. The kitchen has everything needed and we cooked in every night. Enjoyed lots of shrimp boils eaten on the screened porch. Beach access super easy and close.

Nice house for the price!

Location was great. Kitchen very well stocked. First night went to go to bed and there was no bottom sheet on our bed so we had to make do with a flat sheet as there were no extra king-size sheets. The two lamps in the first bedroom have no knobs and can’t be turned on. A lot of the lamps had burned out bulbs. The upstairs loft bathroom was not properly cleaned as there appeared to be dried urine on the toilet seat. Don’t want to sound like a complainer, but as a property manager, I would want to know these things. Overall, we had a great week and the house was good. Great deck and screen porch!

Fun Family Time

We just returned from a week at Fripp and had a great time. The island was hopping, the week after the July 4th holiday, with lots of people yet the wide beaches still allow you to spread out easily. The location of this house was fantastic. Located right at beach access #19, it was so easy to come and go from the beach to the house. The house itself might be considered a beach 'cottage'. It was dated but very, very clean. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one large bedroom upstairs with its own full bath. The upstairs room fit all our teenage/young adult family easily although it never got quite cool enough from the July heat. The main floor never had a problem keeping cool. We appreciated the extra refrigerator in the garage and drink refrigerator in the kitchen. The kitchen was dated as well, but we had everything we needed to cook with. The owner mentioned that the house will get all new kitchen cabinets this fall. That might help with space, we did not have much space to store the food we brought, but we made it work. All in all, it suited our needs for family time and the location to the beach was really great.

Summer dreams - walk to beach

We were so happy to find this home available after our previous plan fell through. The location was perfect! Beach access right outside made it so easy to navigate with 4 children and all their beach toys. We had plenty of room and places to hang out inside. Loved our evenings on the back deck and the quaint interior. Mary was a great host and quick to communicate. Our 3rd time visiting Fripp and we hope to make it a yearly trip!

Great Location !

This was our first time staying within walking distance of the beach on Fripp. It was great. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. The extra refrigerator in the garage was nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was just the size we needed and very well stocked with everything we needed. It is very close to the beach access and not far from seafood markets. We also had access to the resort facilities. This was our first visit to Fripp Island but not our last. Mary, the owner, was very responsive throughout the whole process.

Memorial Day

We had a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren at Fripp. The house worked really well for our family with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. What could have been a difficult start to our stay with a broken dishwasher, our owner Mary Oswald was quick to get a repair man in to get it fixed. When he determined that it could not be repaired, she had it replaced with a new dishwasher within hours! Very responsive and on top of the situation! Our family always enjoys our time at Fripp and look forward to our next visit!

Location!!

Located right at beach access 19. No need to load the golf cart!! The bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. Bonus refrigerator in the garage was a huge plus! Kitchen and bathrooms were dated, but the water pressure was strong and all the drains worked perfect. Mary the Host was excellent to work with. Very prompt and accessible.

Location Location Location

This house had everything we needed! The layout was great for our family & guests. It is not super updated & current but that actually made it feel “beachy” for us…it has EVERYTHING you need for a fun getaway. The location to walk to the beach was the BEST part. Mary was great to work with and very responsive. A definite repeat!

Great location with quick walk to beach

As the other reviews stated, the central location of this property and close proximity to Access #19 is a HUGE plus! Also, the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make dinners. The appliances are modern with the washing machine having a very large capacity. The pictures posted on VRBO represented the property well. We traveled with with two sets of 70+ grandparents, a young couple with an 11 month old and our 19 year old son. We had plenty of room! We were able to get a very good rate from Sutcliffe Golfcarts which was great and much appreciated. We had an AMAZING time and appreciate Mary’s quick response to any questions we had.

Thanksgiving get away

We had terrific weather and the house was a great home base to discover everything about Fripp Island. It provided just the right amount of room for our group and was so close to the water...we couldn't have asked for a better location. The stock of games at the home provided great times for the one rainy day we did have. The other days were just terrific.

Ideal location!

We come to fripp multiple times a year but have never stayed that close to the beach! It was so easy to haul 4 toddlers and all the beach stuff back and forth with this great location! The house is dated but very clean and has everything you would need! The two Kings were great for the adults and the loft was perfect for the kids!
