Overall amazing stay, A/C worked great and host provided plenty of great spots for food. It’s located on the first floor so you do have some stairs but they are doable. There are also stairs inside the apartment to get to both sets of bedrooms. The living room is a generous size. Overall a comfortable stay in Rome!!

Our experience on this property was amazing. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 6. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location with a lot of good places to eat in the area. We walked everywhere and always felt safe walking around. Aram was very responsive and checked up on us periodically. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great Property. Great Management.

There were six adults in my group staying in this property. Check in was excellent. The manager was very responsive throughout our stay. The property consists of three floors: two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, one bedroom and bathroom in the lower level, a kitchen, living room and outdoor space on the main floor. The stairs in the suite are fairly narrow and steep so this apartment may not be suitable for all. The beds were quite comfortable. It was very quiet. The location was excellent - close to restaurants and walkable to many attractions. The host recommended several amazing restaurants. We stayed five nights and it would have been nice to get clean towels part way through. Overall we were pleased with the experience.

Excellent location and manager

Great property in a fantastic location. Owner was very responsive and check in and check out process were clear and straightforward. Loved the layout of the property and the AC worked flawlessly which was crucial in July/August.

The property was exactly as described, in very good condition with a lot of room, while also being in a great location. A lot of great restaurants and shops very close by. The outdoor patio was great after a day of exploring Rome, the AC worked well on hot summer days and the host was very communicative and helpful.

Great Apt in Rome!

Excellent communication and suggestions for restaurants, activities etc. and very easy check-in process. Apartment was in a great location walking distance to all the sites. As a family of four, we were very comfortable there and would stay again!

Great location but inaccurate photos

Cons: The photos make the place look wonderful but it’s definitely not pretty. It’s actually not updated at all and looks old in a bad way and I am not picky. They didn’t have paper towels, only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for 4 nights (not enough), or enough towels. I needed instructions on the dryer because I didn’t figure it out until later that you had to dump water out of the dryer. Took the clothes forever to dry. The couch, sofa pillows, bed coverlets were stained and dirty! It was gross! This was my least favorite place I stayed at between Rome, Venice, and Florence. Definitely not safe for elderly people because of the steep steps to all the bedrooms. Pros:Great location to St. Peter’s Basilica/Vatican/Sistine Chapel, Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Property manager was great! Garden area was nice.

Perfect location

6 adults all fit well here. Rare 3 bd with queen beds. Place was clean, communication with host was great. Allowed us to drop bags early and did their best to accommodate our needs. Location is within walking distance of all the sites in Rome. Nice open air market near by

Family Vacation

Apartment was well taken care of and very clean. The only thing wrong, was that the drains were clogged in both the sink and the shower in the downstairs bathroom. Other than that, we had no issues. The property manager had very good communication and was very informative! Highly recommended!

The property was lovely . The host supplied all the essentials for our arrival. There was plenty of coffee towels etc. the host kindly guided our experience with recommendations of lovely places to eat. Excellent location and access to all the sights and shops. We had a Lovely Stay at Via Giulia

Via Giulia was an excellent place to stay in Rome, and we will certainly be returning when we return to Rome. The location was very close to many small shops, a market in the morning, and great restaurants (È Passata la Moretta was one of our favorites of our trip). Massimo was an excellent host. He was swift to respond and very accommodating!

Rome's Historic Center

Communication with owner was superb. Check-in process was easy. House was clean and stocked with necessary items. The location was central. We walked most places and felt safe at all hours.

Very nice, good location

Location was very walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. Everything was very accurate to the pictures and description. We had a family of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone. The property owner was very easy to communicate with. We had a great time!

Cozy and convenient

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed. We liked the location because we could walk everywhere. Easy walk to the Vatican and the Colloseum. Close to restaurants and shops.

Great location with everything we needed

First, we LOVED this neighborhood and found that we could walk to all the major sites. The only place we needed a taxi for was the train station. Second, the hosts were terrific, both helpful and attentive. We appreciated that. And finally, the property was great, very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It worked out well as the property has 3 floors, 2 bedrooms and a bath on the 1st floor, kitchen, dining and living room on the second floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the 3rd floor. We traveled with an older person and she used the elevator to the main floor so it worked out well. All and all we were very pleased.
