Huset är mycket rymligt och bekvämt, perfekt för familjer eller grupper av vänner. Denna magnifika lägenhet ligger på tredje våningen med hiss, har en yta på 240 kvadratmeter och består av ett dubbelrum med vacker marmorskamin (dekorativt), fresker på väggar och dörrar, 4 stora sovrum, ett med loft med eget badrum, matsal och separat fullt utrustat kök med två kylskåp. Alla sängar är queen size (190x160cm) eller king size (200x170cm), utom på loftet där det finns en fransk drottning storlek bäddsoffa nere och en fransk queen size säng (190x140cm) på övervåningen och utom i tvilling. Alla rum är upplysta av stora fönster och har högt i tak, som är karakteristiska för romerska gamla byggnader. Möblerna är lyxiga och huset är unikt, med en underbar utsikt och mycket tyst. Luftkonditionering, centralvärme, gratis wifi internet, TV Lcd Bang & Olufsen.
För våra yngsta gäster erbjuder vi en spjälsäng (1-4 år).
Lägenheten ligger i en vacker byggnad med entré från Piazzale Flaminio. Husets läge är fantastiskt, mitt i centrum, intill Piazza del Popolo och en fem minuters promenad från Spanska trappan och Via Condotti. Tunnelbanestationen "Flaminio" ligger bara tjugo meter från byggnaden.

The apartment was spacious and quite nice. The rooms are also spacious, with plenty of closet space to unpack your suitcase. The property manager was great. They reached out about arranging car service to and from airport, and also helped us get car service to Tivoli for a day trip. They also promptly responded when there was a slight leak in one of the bathrooms. The only downside is the showers are not great (one is a bath tub with half wall, and the second had a half broken shower head). But given location and all the other pluses, this is overall a great place.

Wonderful appointment

This apartment was perfect for our family of 7! Great area of town with a bank and supermarket right across the street and a beautiful piazza to visit, we loved the park overlooking the piazza as well! Communication was great, Fidia and Allan were very helpful! Highly recommend!

July, 2025Our family of 6 stayed at this villa for four nights. The apartment is huge and was spotless. Allen, the manager of the apartment was there to greet us upon our arrival with a complimentary bottle of wine.The apartment is directly across from a beautiful area called Piazza Del Popolo which has many shops and restaurants. However, our first night there, we ate at one of the restaurants right in that area and it was awful so I don't recommend that because they are tourist traps.The air conditioning worked beautifully and there is an elevator to access the apartment. This area was fantastic and we'd definitely stay here again.

The best location in all of Rome! This Rental was the perfect setup for our group. The decor was authentic and we loved it. There are two lounging areas plus a large kitchen table for teens to do makeup. Our only issue was the washing machine isn’t working properly and there is no dryer, otherwise everything is as the listing states. There is coffee and pastries across the street plus a grocery store. The Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain are walkable and safe. We only had 4 nights but wished we could have stayed in the rental longer!

This place is perfect location and great for large families.

I didn't realize just how close this was to everything. Walking distance to a ton of things (trevi fountain, Spanish steps, pantheon, colleseum). Check in was great. We arrived early, and were able to drop off our bags and explore while they got the place ready.

The apartment was lovely and included everything that we needed to have a great stay, including a very thoughtful bottle of wine. The location is close to great shopping and a convenient spot to see other sights without being in a very crowded location. We loved our stay!

Amazing property at the heart of Rome

We stayed for a weekend and absolutely fell in love with this property. It is super clean, very beautiful, and has everything we needed to accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids (including a 15 month old - the high chair was so helpful!). We hope to be back in the near future as it is also centrally located and within 5-15 min walk to Piazza de Popollo, Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, Spanish steps and much more. Lots of amazing restaurants and shopping near by as well. Highly highly recommend!

Fabulous Apartment in Fabulous Location

We could not have been happier with this VRBO. The location, steps from the Piazza de Popolo, was incredible. The apartment was more space than we needed for our family of four and was beautiful and clean. We were all able to spread out and be comfortable. Communication with Fidia was wonderful. Fidia's manager, Allan, was also wonderful. My son left his iPad at the apartment and Allan kindly brought it to us. I really can't say enough about this VRBO.

Wonderful

The apartment is lovely and in such a great and convenient location! The metro is 1block away. There is a grocery store 1 block way and a lovely cafe called Brown cafe 1block away and Grom gelato 1 block away. A great place!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rome! It was conveniently located near public transportation, cafes, shopping, and historic sites, making it easy to explore the city. The living space was beautifully decorated and perfect for late-night family gatherings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. A great place to stay—we would definitely return!

We’ve had a great stay in this great en charming apartment. Nice big rooms, well equipped rooms and near to shops and local transport.We would definitely book this house again!Last but not least: it was so nice to have a taxi pick us up from the airport and bring us back. Super Lage ! Sehr zentral!

Alles hat super gepasst. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber . Die Duschkoepfe kann man austauschen , aber für paar Tage ist ok. Die Küche ist nicht ganz zum großen kochen geeignet, frühstücken geht aber.Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden wieder kommen

We have a large group and the apartment fit our needs very well. I love the location and the ease to get to the city center of Rome. The check-in process was super easy and communication was good. It’s a place I would definitely stay at again.

Excellent location, not as smart in reality as photos portray

7 people, 13 nights, cost 10,228 Euros over Xmas.Architecturally beautiful apartment. The location is excellent for seeing the City on foot and by metro. The host was very attentive to our needs, thank you.Sitting room photos accurate. The apartment was well heated, but the sitting room was much cooler and we used the blankets provided in the evenings. The TV speakers are blown. Bathroom fittings are tired - worn out taps and sinks, black mould in the silicone around the bathtub. The showers are reliant on the city water pressure which is weak. The shower above the bath has better pressure, but the water runs along the back of the bath and all over the floor out into the hallway. The kitchen was poorly equipped. This was quickly remedied by the property manager after we raised the issue. The cooker is wall mounted and is so high up that you can't read which setting the oven is on. It was dangerous to use and made cooking an issue for us. Bedrooms - beds have a mixture of memory foam pillows and very hard foam pillows and the duvets were a little too thin for the time of year. The white leather effect beds are all peeling. My bedlinen had a split in the side seam, level with my pillow which had an unsightly old grey duvet sticking out of it, which was not very nice. We requested a maid service after a week and the duvet covers were not replaced as part of this clean.There is significant road noise, for light sleepers like myself, ear plugs were vital.
