Huset är mycket rymligt och bekvämt, perfekt för familjer eller grupper av vänner. Denna magnifika lägenhet ligger på tredje våningen med hiss, har en yta på 240 kvadratmeter och består av ett dubbelrum med vacker marmorskamin (dekorativt), fresker på väggar och dörrar, 4 stora sovrum, ett med loft med eget badrum, matsal och separat fullt utrustat kök med två kylskåp. Alla sängar är queen size (190x160cm) eller king size (200x170cm), utom på loftet där det finns en fransk drottning storlek bäddsoffa nere och en fransk queen size säng (190x140cm) på övervåningen och utom i tvilling. Alla rum är upplysta av stora fönster och har högt i tak, som är karakteristiska för romerska gamla byggnader. Möblerna är lyxiga och huset är unikt, med en underbar utsikt och mycket tyst. Luftkonditionering, centralvärme, gratis wifi internet, TV Lcd Bang & Olufsen.
För våra yngsta gäster erbjuder vi en spjälsäng (1-4 år).
Lägenheten ligger i en vacker byggnad med entré från Piazzale Flaminio. Husets läge är fantastiskt, mitt i centrum, intill Piazza del Popolo och en fem minuters promenad från Spanska trappan och Via Condotti. Tunnelbanestationen "Flaminio" ligger bara tjugo meter från byggnaden.

Amazing property at the heart of Rome

We stayed for a weekend and absolutely fell in love with this property. It is super clean, very beautiful, and has everything we needed to accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids (including a 15 month old - the high chair was so helpful!). We hope to be back in the near future as it is also centrally located and within 5-15 min walk to Piazza de Popollo, Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, Spanish steps and much more. Lots of amazing restaurants and shopping near by as well. Highly highly recommend!

Fabulous Apartment in Fabulous Location

We could not have been happier with this VRBO. The location, steps from the Piazza de Popolo, was incredible. The apartment was more space than we needed for our family of four and was beautiful and clean. We were all able to spread out and be comfortable. Communication with Fidia was wonderful. Fidia's manager, Allan, was also wonderful. My son left his iPad at the apartment and Allan kindly brought it to us. I really can't say enough about this VRBO.

Wonderful

The apartment is lovely and in such a great and convenient location! The metro is 1block away. There is a grocery store 1 block way and a lovely cafe called Brown cafe 1block away and Grom gelato 1 block away. A great place!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rome! It was conveniently located near public transportation, cafes, shopping, and historic sites, making it easy to explore the city. The living space was beautifully decorated and perfect for late-night family gatherings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. A great place to stay—we would definitely return!

Great place in centre of Rome

We’ve had a great stay in this great en charming apartment. Nice big rooms, well equipped rooms and near to shops and local transport.We would definitely book this house again!Last but not least: it was so nice to have a taxi pick us up from the airport and bring us back. It was all arranged and spot-on. Thanks for letting us have a great time in Roma!

Super Lage ! Sehr zentral!

Alles hat super gepasst. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber . Die Duschkoepfe kann man austauschen , aber für paar Tage ist ok. Die Küche ist nicht ganz zum großen kochen geeignet, frühstücken geht aber.Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden wieder kommen

We have a large group and the apartment fit our needs very well. I love the location and the ease to get to the city center of Rome. The check-in process was super easy and communication was good. It’s a place I would definitely stay at again.

Excellent location, not as smart in reality as photos portray

7 people, 13 nights, cost 10,228 Euros over Xmas.Architecturally beautiful apartment. The location is excellent for seeing the City on foot and by metro. The host was very attentive to our needs, thank you.Sitting room photos accurate. The apartment was well heated, but the sitting room was much cooler and we used the blankets provided in the evenings. The TV speakers are blown. Bathroom fittings are tired - worn out taps and sinks, black mould in the silicone around the bathtub. The showers are reliant on the city water pressure which is weak. The shower above the bath has better pressure, but the water runs along the back of the bath and all over the floor out into the hallway. The kitchen was poorly equipped. This was quickly remedied by the property manager after we raised the issue. The cooker is wall mounted and is so high up that you can't read which setting the oven is on. It was dangerous to use and made cooking an issue for us. Bedrooms - beds have a mixture of memory foam pillows and very hard foam pillows and the duvets were a little too thin for the time of year. The white leather effect beds are all peeling. My bedlinen had a split in the side seam, level with my pillow which had an unsightly old grey duvet sticking out of it, which was not very nice. We requested a maid service after a week and the duvet covers were not replaced as part of this clean.There is significant road noise, for light sleepers like myself, ear plugs were vital.

Wowzers

This is an amazing luxury apartment. Three of the bedrooms are great. The 4th bedroom is not great. The living spaces and kitchen and dining room were excellent. It is a busy world outside the doors but transit and the metro are so close. The Borghese gardens proximity allow you to escape traffic and wander in a beautiful oasis. The host was excellent. Fidia communicated so promptly and was so reliable about setting up rides to and from the airport. I cannot say enough good things about her skills as a host. She really cares about her renters and I appreciate that so much. The photos are very true to the reality of the apartment. It was a treat to stay here. Thanks Fidia.

Fantastic !!!

We absolutely loved our visit. Brought our 97 year old mother-in-law and everything was so wonderful - it made her trip. The flower cart on the corner made the most beautiful arrangement we enjoyed in the kitchen our entire stay. The views and location are perfect. The unit is a piece of art. True WINNER.

Wonderful Throughout

I’m so happy we stayed here. The host was wonderful - providing an incredible guide to the area and recommendations for tours and even a private chef. She even helped us coordinate some transfers. Check-in was easy. The apartment was as described. Lovely, well appointed, and the location was fabulous. We were there with our two young daughters (strollers) and wanted a place where we could walk easily. This was perfect. The many positive reviews we relied on are true - this is a wonderful host and rental. We are happy to add our positive feedback to the list and would gladly stay here again when we return. Thank you!

Perfect location

This apartment was in a perfect location—close to great food, groceries, transportation, sightseeing, etc. there was more than enough space for our family of 6 (teens, parents, and grandparents). It was easy to communicate with the owner and they were very helpful in setting up transportation and providing detailed information for everything we needed.

Great central apartment!

We loved this apartment! Its location was an easy walk to several attractions including Trevor fountain, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon as well as being right next to a Metro station. The apartment was very comfortable for our party of 6 adults. Each bedroom had air conditioning and the front rooms were great for everyone to gather and relax. Our host, Allan, was wonderful and helped us arrange transport from the airport as well as providing some great restaurant recommendations! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable, central location!

Family Stay in Rome

This was one of four rentals we stayed at during our 12-day trip to Italy, and Fidia stood out as the best communicator among all the property managers. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The air conditioning and blackout shades were absolute game changers, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. Superior lodging in a fantastic location!

This apartment is just as described, and the actual space is even nicer than the photos indicate. It is steps from the Piazza del Popolo and the entrance to the Borghese Gardens, a few short blocks from the Tiber river, and a short walk to the Spanish Steps, Vi del Corso, and a host of other sites. There is room to spread out and 2 living rooms with incredible views of the aforementioned piazza and gardens. Fantastic!

A fabulous apartment and stellar host!

I secured this apartment for a month in Rome to introduce my teenage children to the eternal city. Some friends visited over the course of our visit, so we went from fully occupied at nine people to just the kids and me enjoying the space. it was clean, spacious and comfortable for even a full house! The location just across from the northern gate and the Borghese gardens was perfect. A 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain or to the Spanish steps or to the Pantheon put you in the sea of visitors. That’s fun, but it’s really fun to then retreat to the quiter side of the old city and relax! The Piazza del Popolo was a stone’s throw away. Our hosts were delightful, too, making everything so easy- even arranging for transport from the airport and loading us up with excellent restaurant and touring suggestions. Truly first class! I’ve only been home two days but can’t wait to go back!

Spacious and Central

This was a great apartment for our extended family of 8. Each of the couples had their own bedroom, and the two 20-year-olds shared a room. The apartment itself is large and beautiful, on the third floor (fourth for us Americans). There was an elevator for those who wanted it, but we mostly used the steps. We had been to Rome before, so knew that the Piazza di Popolo area is close enough to everything without being too touristic. Communication with the owner was clear with very quick responses. Near to the metro, markets, and plentiful restaurants. Highly recommend, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location and nice apartment

A group of 8 stayed in the apartment. We were 2 families with teenagers. We all loved the space and location of this place. It is close to the metro and an easy walk to all of the attractions. Fifteen minutes to Spanish Steps and 30 min to Pantheon. We did metro to Vatican City. We had a few minor hiccups but they were promptly taken care of. Great communication! I will say the black tiled bathroom has a very tight space when using the toilet. There is no legroom. It would’ve been nice to have an actual dryer in the apartment but we made it work with the dryer racks. The beds could use updating as well. Overall, very responsive host and a nice apartment made for an enjoyable family vacation.

We loved it! Highly recommend!

We loved this place! We were a group of 8 women who stayed here. The property was much bigger than we were expecting and very beautiful. There are high ceilings and it feels very roomy. We arrived into Rome earlier than the typical check in time but since they didn't have guests the day before we were allowed an earlier check in. Contact with the host was fantastic from the time I booked the property until check in. Allan met us right when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful. We loved the location of the apartment- it was close to a lot of the main sights but not crowded. The apartment was gorgeous! We loved the windows that opened in the spacious living room that provided a nice view and cool breeze. We also loved the nice large rooms with large closets. The beds were very comfortable and nice large shower. They provided plenty of towels, linens and some shampoo/conditioner. The hair dryer was great! Lots of power! It was nice to have a 3rd toliet for when others were showering in the main bathrooms. It was also very nice that they supplied some coffee and a bottle of wine! Also we loved having a grocery store so close amd found an amazing restaurant just down the street (SUD Vino & Cucina) where the servers were so much fun and the food was fantastic! We all would recommend this lovely place and would stay here again. No complaints at all. Thank you!
