The Urban Flat In Paris team is pleased to welcome you to this fully renovated old apartment with a surface area of 85sqm which can accommodate up to 13 people, ideally for 8 persons.

We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

Our apartment has a capacity for 13 people.

In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

It has been completely renovated et designed in a sleek and contemporary style .

Its beautiful exposed beams has been kept to give it a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Its magnificent wooden floor perfectly match the elegant furnitures.

It truly is the perfect apartment to make an intimate break in the middle of the bustling capital city, with its infinite number of things to do.

The location of our apartment is very central, close to to all the best restaurants, cafes, bars that Paris has to offer.

It is situated between the Louvre and the George Pompidou center. It is also very close to the Musee Picasso

The Marais district ,is at a walking distance.

This area is especially famous for one of its streets: rue Montorgueil. Greengrocers, cafés, restaurants and grocers all give life to this quaint pedestrians-only street, not to be missed by those who really want to taste life the way the Parisians live it.

This apartment has so much potential. Great location and very convenient to the Saint Denis metro. Unfortunately, we experienced many issues during our stay. The TV did not work, the second shower had no seal and leaked rendering it unusable, the other bathroom smelled like mold, the apartment floors, mirror and kitchen table were dirty when we arrived and there were only two fans that barely worked for 6 people. We tried to rectify matters with the hosts but every time we reached out, a new person responded and didn’t read the prior communication thread. So they never knew what we were talking about. This was our first really frustrating VRBO experience.

Broken seal. Water was not contained in this shower. Six of us had to share one shower.

Again, lots of wear and tear on the apartment.

This was not the original place we booked. The one we booked had a water leak. The original booking was also closer to the Louvre area which would have been better for us. This rental had decent space. The Urban Flat in Paris staff was very helpful and made us feel special.
