Luxury 3 bedroom Apartment - Le Marais

Summary:
Located in the oldest district of Paris, and just down the road from the elegant Place des Vosges, the apartment is situated in the heart of the trendiest part of Paris. You will be charm by this peaceful heaven refuge in the middle of the effervescence of Paris.

The Space:
The apartment has been fully renovated by a French architect. The apartment offers high-end furniture and sumptuous fabrics, a perfect place for the travelers searching luxury and freedom.
The apartment has:
- 3 Bedrooms including
- 1 Master Bedroom with a Queensize bed
- 1 Standard bedroom with a double bed
- 1 Single bedroom with a single bed
- 1 bathroom with a shower
- 1 separate toilets
- 1 living room with two high comfort sofa beds.
- 1 kitchen
Making the apartment comfortable for 5 people with a maximum of 6 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed & bath linen being provided:
-Bedroom 1 with a high comfort Queensize bed
-Bedroom 2 with a high comfort double bed
-Bedroom 3 with a high comfort single bed
All our mattresses are Palace level mattresses and are used in Parisian Palaces.

Guest Access:
Easy Access : before your arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the ground floor
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
Dating back to the 17th century le Marais district is a charming and trendy areas that combines old world charm and modern day creativity in the French Capital. Let’s discover the Franc-Bourgeois street, where young French designers shops are waiting for you! Have a cup of coffee and a delicious patisserie at Place des Vosges,reflecting perfectly the Louis XIII-style architecture.
But above all, what still makes the unique charm of this neighborhood it is all the small maze-like streets, giving you a glimpse of what Paris looked like 200, 400, even 600 years ago.

Getting Around:
7 minutes : Line 11 Métro Rambuteau : sortie 4 : rue du Grenier Saint-Lazare
8 minutes : Line 8 Métro Filles du Calvaire
9 minutes: Line 3 Métro Arts et Métiers (sortie rue de Turbigo/rue Beaubourg)
10 minutes : Line 1 Métro Hotel de Ville

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

No breakfast on site
Cleaning at before checkin and after checkout only

Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 5000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
