The host was incredible. Continuing on-going communication and check-ins. Extremely valuable information provided in advance and during our stay regarding shops and restaurant hours/closings due to being off-season. Notebook provided with detailed instructions for everything from thermostat, TV, trash disposal, etc. Also, owner created and posted easily accessible how to videos, extremely helpful. The property was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed for a fantastic get away. I highly recommend renting any property owned by Austin.
