Beautiful place to stay at with even more beautiful views of the ocean! Definitely exceeded expectations! I didn’t notice if there was an elevator so keep that in mind when booking as this place is on the 3rd floor - we didn’t mind the stairs.

Best views of the beach from the balcony! The condo was decorated beautifully and had a very cozy, homey feel. The only downside is that there is no elevator to haul all of your luggage/coolers up and down. Overall a great stay, though!

Thank you for staying with us! Glad you enjoyed the balcony views and the condo’s cozy, homey decor. Sorry the stairs were inconvenient — we do note there’s no elevator, but we understand hauling luggage and coolers can be a hassle. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back to the Emerald Coast.

Four of us had a great stay. Appliances worked. Beds and couch were very comfortable. Balcony view was awesome and the balcony itself was more spacious than others I’ve stayed in. The upstairs sink and shower drained a little slow so we bought some drain-o ourselves but it didnt resolve the issue but it wasn’t the end of the world for us. We didn’t use the pool but the property itself was pretty clean. The spots on the beach did fill up pretty quick so claim your spots early if you go during the busy season. We reserved two extra chairs so we were able to get a reserved sign on our chairs and didn’t have that issue. Overall, we will most definitely be back!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that all four of you had a great stay and enjoyed the comfortable beds and couch, well-functioning appliances, and spacious balcony with its awesome views! We appreciate you letting us know about the slow-draining upstairs sink and shower, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll share this feedback with our maintenance team so the issue can be addressed. Thank you for the helpful tip about reserving beach chairs during the busy season, too! We truly appreciate your kind words and are thrilled to hear you plan to return. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic beach getaway!

We had a wonderful stay close by to the beach! We loved the extra space with the loft rooms. Communication was quick and easy. Everything was very clear and easy to follow. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The only critique we had, if any, was no elevator to the third floor. Just made it tough to get our 5 year old, 3 year old, and 4 month old, plus all the beach things, up and down to the beach.

Janell, thanks so much for the awesome review! We’re really happy you and your family enjoyed the place, the loft space, and being so close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Totally hear you on the stairs to the third floor — hauling little ones and beach gear is no joke. We always try to make that clear in the listing, and we’ll keep looking for ways to make arrival and departure easier for families. Would love to host you all again anytime you’re ready for another beach getaway!

Great Location and View

We decided to spend the week of Thanksgiving in Destin with our daughters and enjoyed every minute. The floorplan was great for the four of us. Waking up to the view of the ocean every morning on the balcony and the short walk down stairs the beach was great!! We will book again for next year. The only thing I wish was in the condo is a broom for us to sweep the floors while staying for the week.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

My family enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. It is right on the beach. The view was absolutely beautiful. It is close to a public beach entrance but that was not a deal breaker. I was initially worried that being on the 3rd floor with no elevator would be a problem for my mom but it wasn’t bad. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect end of summer trip

My husband and I always take an end of the summer trip to Destin and this was by far one of our favorites. The condo was everything we were hoping for. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the provided beach service was an added bonus. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you could think of if you were wanting to cook. We had our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Gulf. I am ready to book for next year.
