NYTT UPPDATERAD lyxig lägenhet med nya inredningar med kusttema och nya 20 tums eleganta travertintegelgolv i hela utom sovrummen, som har nyligen installerat vackra plankgolv. Graber blackout nyanser i vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen tillåter full 180 graders utsikt över viken framför den sockervita stranden och smaragdhavsvatten tillsammans med solnedgången och soluppgången.

I vardagsrummet finns en ny 60 "Samsung 4K Smart plattskärms-TV med en vacker blå, bekväm drottningssoffa och 3 accentstolar. Det fullt utrustade köket har nya rostfria vitvaror, porslin, köksredskap och gott om skåp och diskutrymme.

Glidande glasdörrar i huvudrummet vardagsrummet leder till en stor sida vid sida balkong för att njuta av timmar med hisnande utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Balkongen har ett nytt 4 toppbord och stolar med nya havsblå stolkuddar och en avkopplande schäslong för blundring eller läsning. Balkongen har också ingångar från båda sovrummen vid Gulffront.

Njut av viken mot golfen framifrån från ett stort vikfönster i den stora bekväma accentstolen, eller kliv genom den privata ingången till den expansiva huvudbalkongen. Det finns gott om plats i Master-garderoben. Det stora master badrummet har bubbelbadkar, rymlig duschkabin, två handfat och massor av bänkytor!

Det andra sovrummet har också nya sovrumsmöbler med en ny king size-säng och Beautyrest madrass och boxsprings. Det finns också en egen ingång från detta sovrum till huvudbalkongen. Det andra badrummet ligger några steg bort, men är fortfarande lättillgängligt i huvudrummet. Den har en fin klinkergång dusch med bänk.

Två stora pooler med vattenfall och angränsande badtunnor har utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Gå bara genom poolområdet till Silver Beach privata strand. Silver Beach är en lugn utväg med säkerhet och begränsad tillgång.

Great Condo on the beach with a great beach chair setup.

Family Vacation

Property was perfect for us with four adults. Pictures don't tell just how great the condo is. From the fresh smell upon arrival - the excellent host - the spacious living rooms and bedrooms then the awesome balcony that has access from both Bedrooms and the Living Room - everything was excellent.

Property was great.Location was perfect for us.You could walk down the beach to eat at the Back Porch, shopping was close. We even ordered lunch onsite and it was delivered to our umbrella location. Terry the property owner was the definition of great customer service.

A Great Get-Away

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and the beach decor was so fitting. Just steps away from the ocean, with beautiful views from both bedrooms and living area. Our host, Terry was very nice and gave several tips and information we really appreciated. We will want to come back again, for sure!

Another wonderful stay at this property.

Our second time staying in this condo in 2024 and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything about this particular unit. Everything is just as advertised. Unit was in perfect condition upon our arrival and once again we experienced no issues with the unit during our stay. We also feel that this property overall is the best in mid-Destin with regards to the pools, the proximity to the beach and the overall staff on property. Will definitely stay here again!

The best condo!!

We have been staying here for several years now! Absolutely love this condo and Terry is the best to work with. He is so helpful and willing to answer any questions. The condo is beautiful and decorating so nicely. We love having the two bedrooms with a view of the ocean too. I would recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back next year!

The Two Ocean front Masters

My husband and I and another couple spent 5 days at The oceanfront Two Masters. We had an amazing time. It was very nice and clean and the location was right in the middle of anything you would want. We would definitely go back and recommend it. Terry was wonderful to work with. We appreciated him personalizing it and helping us out in finding places to eat and places to go. It was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful condo with great views of the gulf!

We selected this condo (with high expectations) after looking at the photos and reviews. The view from the balcony and both bedrooms grabbed our attention right away. The layout of the condo and the beach style decor was an added bonus. We were not disappointed at all. Terry kept in good communication with us from the time we booked our stay. He was very informational about not only the condo, but the Destin area, as this was our first time in that area. He was very helpful and encouraged us to call him with any questions we might have. His restaurant recommendations were spot on! If we venture to this area again, this is certainly where we will stay.

Fabulous property

My spouse and I, plus our daughter and son-in-law spent a full week in this condo over Christmas. It was the perfect spot for family time and relaxation. The condo is convenient to everything we needed - restaurants, quality grocery stores, the beach, great birding spots. Our favorite spot was the beach. Living in north Texas we don’t get to see the white sand beaches often and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The beach cabanas were perfect for naps in the afternoon sun. My favorite part was waking up and as soon as I opened my eyes I looked out to see the ocean. It felt like being in we were in one of those deluxe huts built out in the water in Tahiti. Both bedrooms and the main living area have that same incredible view. The condo is laid out well, was clean and well cared for. Standing on the balcony we could see the sunrise in the morning then in the evening we could watch the sunset. (I imagine that treat is only in the winter and we were glad we caught the timing right.) We tend to stay in condos and cabins in our travels and Terry, the owner, was the most hospitable and responsive owner we have rented from. We hope to make another trip back to this beautiful spot and will certainly book this condo again.

Spring break trip with family

Fantastic location, view, and condo. We have stayed in Destin more than ten times and have never stayed in a place as nice as this. Fast elevators, quick access to beach, very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend this condo. We will be back.

Very nice accommodations.

Only suggestion for improvement - purchase quality toilet paper (Charmin) the cheap gas station type paper provided was not satisfactory. All 4 of us agreed and had to purchase Charmin at the store. A minor thing but saving a few pennies by the management company left a bad impression.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo.

The Man that I rented the condo from,Terry stayed in contact with me before and during my stay and was super nice. Check in was quick and easy and the woman working the desk was super nice. Everything at the Condo was so clean well maintained and relaxing. Will definitely be renting again.

Great stay in Destin

We spent the month of February in the Silver Beach West Tower. It was lovely and comfortable. The view of the beach and gulf is amazing. We had room to have guests with their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped to do our own cooking. The master bath is very spacious, with a big shower, whirlpool bath, double sinks, and toilet in a private room. The owner was in touch with us before and during our stay and was very helpful. We had a little communication issue with the management but I suspect they were having some staffing issues. I highly recommend this rental for a luxurious stay in Destin.

My wife and I live in Nashville, TN and have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. We have always loved staying in a Destin condo directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and pool. My wife and I have been coming to Destin for forty-eight years.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We rented at Silver Beach Towers when the east tower first opened in 2002. We liked it so well we have returned to Silver Beach many times. In fact, so well, we purchased a 2 bedroom condo at Silver Beach in 2012. It rented so well that we had only a small amount of time available for personal use. Therefore, we purchased another 2 bedroom condo at Silver Beach in 2013, unit #1402 west. We totally updated 1402 west with the coastal theme with new 20'' travertine floors. Silver Beach Towers is one of the premier condos in the Destin area.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love Silver Beach Towers, especially the 2 bedrooms because both bedrooms are ocean front, with access to the ocean front balcony. We also like the 2 fast elevators which are in an enclosed area that is cooled and heated , and serve only 3 units per floor. A fob is requires for access to the building, garage, pool area and beach. This unit also includes one covered parking space in the secured garage and additional parking on the main level. The resort is well-maintained and very clean.
