It is exceptionally quiet and bright as it overlooks a vast green inner courtyard.

Nestled on the ground floor of a charming building constructed in 1860, La Maison KlĂ©ber offers a secure sanctuaryâcomplete with a conciergeâin one of Paris' safest neighborhoods.
The Elysée Apartment spans 328 sq. ft. (30,5 m2) and features a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet.
The living area includes a sofa-bed known for its remarkably comfortable mattress.
The expansive bedroom boasts a king-size bed with premium bedding, and a fold-away bed is available upon request.
The bathroom includes a large shower, and a separate toilet.
Every piece of furniture, bedding, and appliance is new and of excellent quality.
High-speed, stable Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Conveniently, a metro station is located just at the foot of the building, making it easy to explore all that Paris has to offer.

For optimal comfort, the apartment is equipped with a highly effective DeLonghi portable air conditioner and a Dyson tower fan.
