Fine place to stay

The door to the balcony takes two people and there wasn’t an air filter in the AC unit, but location, space and expectations were met.

Good

Had a good experience the only down fall was the last night having trouble getting back into our condo. But southern vacation rentals was very prompt and helpful.

Family vacation

Location is great ..our until was nice.. up keep is little lacking ... couch was ripped up ...walls have holes and marks everywhere..it didn't effect our stay but if it was my condo I wouldn't be happy ..over all we had a great stay

WOULD NOT BOOK

The previous reviews are legit. The lock was not working when we arrived. Waited about 45 mins. Once the lock was replaced i asked the guy to look at all the other items that were damaged and not to par. He said he only changes locks but would turn in work order. I showed him where the patio was flooded could not use it during our stay which is why we book on beach front to enjoy balacony. The freezer/ice maker leaked. The frig had a cracked shelf. The closet w bunks didnt have light cover. The condo was in desperate need of repairs....paint and upgrading. I tried to text southern about some of the concerns apon arriving with no response back. No one came to fix anything during our stay. I get home and they charged me $150 for the cracked frig shelf! I emailed them and told them I tried to text them we needed repairs and no one was too worried at the time but when we left they turned in the frig shelf for a quick $150. I sent a copy of the text to them I sent and have not heard a word back. Find another condo under different management.

We was locked out of the condo

I’m berry disappointed i got stuck outside at 11 pm until 1am or so because the door lock wasn’t working i had to wait with my entire family for a locksmith to come and replace the door lock
