Girls Trip 2026

Condo was great! Everything was very clean and well stocked. The location was the best. Walking distance to great restaurants! I highly recommend Summer Place 206.

Wonderful condo and location!

We came here for fall break with a large group of friends. Everyone stayed in different condos within Summer place and everyone thought our condo was the nicest one of everyone's! We loved the location on the second floor as well! Summer place is very convenient to many great restaurants within walking distance. We rarely got in our car to go anywhere and that was so nice! The hurricane cut our trip short by two days, but the owners of this condo were so accommodating and everyone at Summer place was very nice and helpful! We will definitely be back! Don't sleep on this condo! You won't be disappointed!

Gorgeous condo. This is our second time staying in this unit, and won't be our last. Great location, beautiful views and just steps to the pools and beach! We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!

Perfect Spot!!

Loved the condo! Perfect spot overlooking the pool and ocean! Right by the elevator too. Parking was easy. The condo was well stocked with extra bags, toilet paper etc. Would rent again!

Awesome Stay!

This property was in an excellent location and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed all the amenities that Summer Place had to offer. Everything we needed was either a short walk or drive. We also enjoyed exploring the different beaches along scenic 30A. We would definitely stay at Summer Place again!
