We stayed 2 nights at this location, and it was a great central springboard for exploring Whidbey Island. We loved being able to walk into downtown Coupeville for meals. The unit is a comfortably appointed, hotel-room like space. Safe parking, too. Views out to the water over downtown.

Great Location with Beautiful Views

This is a perfect, relaxing place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. We had a great views of the pier and shops. The shops, restaurants, the museum and the pier are all within walking distance. More shops, restaurants and beaches are a short drive away. We recommend Coveland Suites and would return.

I would only suggest that we get 4 bath towels, 3 hand towels and two more rolls of toilet paper for a 6 day stay. It was beautiful room. Barb Miesch

Perfect for a long weekend! Clean, good view, and close to down town. Next time we know to bring our own metal utensils and more plates. However, we really enjoyed the stay, it could use a blue ray player.

Perfect for workshop stay

I took a one-week workshop at Pacific NW Art School. It was a 1/2 mile stroll from the studio apartment, and so convenient. The apt. itself was ideally located in the quaint downtown where there are plenty of restaurants. While the kitchenette is minimal, it was functional. Even though I ate my cornflakes out of a cup. All in all, a great place to stay.

Downing’s review

The room was very nice. Clean and quiet with a good view. The only complaint was that there was only 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper left in the bathroom. We had to go out and buy our own. A couple of suggestions: Put out at least one of the stools to get on the bed so it is obvious that a guest has that option. The stools look so much like the bedside tables that it wasn’t that clear they were actually stools. My wife had recently had knee surgery so the first night, until we saw the stools, was a challenge for her with the bed being so high. I would also suggest that you include in the instructions regarding the tv that the best way to get the most use out of it is to sign in under your own Netflix acct. This was an unexpected new process for us to use in a place to stay so it wasn’t that obvious. Some other guests might have the same confusion.
