The Wooded Bliss is perfect for Door County vacationers looking to stay near the always happening Sister Bay (0.5 mile walk to N Bay Shore Dr / Hwy 42) but enjoy peace and quite in the off-time. Located on a quiet and wooded cul-de-sac to provide you and your guests some privacy. Conveniently located on the peninsula to allow quick commutes to whichever direction you choose! Smoke free and pet free.

Max of six guests - two full bedrooms with queen sleepers. Additional pull-out queen sleeper sofa in living room. Two full bathrooms. Starter supplies of toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer included.

Well equipped kitchen and dining room that includes a coffee bar. All the necessary amenities that you should need to prepare your meal of choice!

Outdoor space featuring a deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a book, firepit, gas grill, and outdoor patio table. Wooded backyard that provides peaceful nature getaway.

There is a washer and dryer available to those tenants staying for longer durations. Also included is a full-size ironing board and iron.

Our goal at Wooded Bliss is to provide you the best vacation experience while you visit Door County. We want to help you create lifelong memories with family and friends while enjoying all that Door County has to offer. A Fantastic Sister Bay Stay!

A beautiful, updated home in Sister Bay, just a quick 12 walk to the main drag. My husband and I along with our 4 month old son had a great time. The home had everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

Perfect Cottage Near Everything!

This was a perfect cottage for our fall Door County stay. Close to restaurants and bars. Loved the cozy living room and the fire pit outside.

Good Location Nice Quite Street

We have a wonderful stay the house is nice and cozy perfect for a couples get away. Our one gripe was that the bed was very firm and we had trouble sleeping. Other than that we had a great time.

Great home in a great locatiom

We came up for our annual 4th of July Trip. We fully enjoyed staying at this home this year. It had everything we needed and it was very easy to check in and out. It’s located close to downtown Sister Bay, which was great. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Overall a great stay. The hosts where amazingly easy to work with. The house was ready ahead of schedule. Smelt very clean when we entered. New updates from last year were great. Will be staying there again.

Secluded escape

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It’s off the main roads on a cul-de-sac and was a nice place to unwind after a day exploring Door County and Sister Bay. The house was well furnished and stocked to make our stay easy and comfortable. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Quiet, convenient and clean

We had a fantastic stay at Wooded Bliss. We loved being so close to beautiful Sister Bay and having a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. Bedrooms were large enough to fit our daughters pack n play. Danielle and Brandon were super responsive when we had a question about check out. We would absolutely stay here again.

Really nice stay!

We had a really nice stay here! We actually didn’t spend too much time in the house because we were so busy out and about in Door County but it was a nice location. Only dislike was the beds weren’t very comfortable and pretty squeaky and the cleaning scent was strong in the home. Overall though good stay!

Experienced Hosts

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this property! I have stayed at many properties and would consider these hosts experts! The house was well stocked with cooking tools, games, plates, glassware, etc. we appreciated that they had the WiFi password posted as well as the checkout instructions. The family room was a nice space to hang out as well as the backyard with grill. The location is in a quiet residential area walking distance to town.

Great Location!

This was such a cute house and awesome location to all the activities in Sister Bay! It was super clean and had all the ammenties. Communication with Brandon was super easy! The only negative would be that the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. We would stay here again though!

Anniversary

Nice location. A little bee problem, lots of bees on the deck. I was stung by a yellow jacket. I rent on VRBO a lot and you probably need more towels for 4-6 people. Other properties I have stayed at had many more. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Nice stay but . .

Property was in a nice quiet area, was a nicely decorated house, with great kitchen appliances, nice dining room and living space . . but the beds were not comfortable. The master bed is very soft, almost like a hammock, (roll together) and the other bed (mattress was better) was squeaky when rolling over, constantly waking my partner. None of the four of us slept well, which is a high priority on a vacation. So much to like here but missing an important quality for a positive experience.

Peaceful setting

We had friends visiting from out of town and decided to show them beautiful Door County. The house is in a lovely area. We did have a little problem getting in when we arrived. The keypad does not light up until you touch it, unfortunately it was really difficult to see the numbers. Once we got in the house was just right for two couples. We had just the right amount of room to relax. The beds were okay, the master bed was quite firm. We had an issue with the shower doors in the master but they came the next day to fix them. All in all we had what we needed. Some of the furniture was a bit worn, like the outdoor set (a bit of rust on the chairs). I did enjoy the chairs on the deck, great spot for drinking my coffee in the morning before everyone else woke up. Thanks for sharing your home.
