The Pearl Haus is located on an arm of the Llano River with water levels at the doc usually around 1-2 feet deep with a soft sandy bottom. The water gets deeper further away from the dock, with the deepest waters of Lake LBJ accessible in one direction and shallower river adventures accessible in the other; there is something for everyone. This riverfront home has everything you'll need for an unforgettable vacation with loved ones and is the perfect getaway for you!

Enter this charming home and enjoy the spacious 2000 square feet that it has to offer your group. Relax in the open living room on the reclining sofa or chairs and watch your favorite movie or big game on the 70in flat-screen TV, play games or read a book in the sitting area.
From there make your way into the newly updated, fully equipped kitchen to snack on appetizers at the wrap around bar counter with seating, while meals are being prepared for the group. With modern appliances and plenty of counter space, this kitchen makes cooking interactive and with a spectacular view!
Set the dinner table for 8+ guests (plus additional outside table options) and share stories from the day over a delicious meal and after the dishes have been cleared, grab a seat on the patio around the fire pit and watch the sunset while discussing the next dayâs plans or reminiscing over memories.
