Vår uppdaterade 2BR / 1. 5BA radhus är perfekt för din prisvärda semester med familjen! Radhuset ligger i en gated resort tvärs över gatan från stranden. Vi är stolta över vår enhet och stolta att säga att det är en av de renaste på stranden! Enheten är inom några steg i en av de 11 poolerna på orten. Gulf Highland Beach klubbhus ligger vid stranden är en 5-7 minuters promenad från enheten och ger dig privat tillgång till stranden. Anläggningen har en 18-håls minigolfbana, tennis och shuffleboard för gästerna. Två parkeringsplatser ligger precis utanför dörren av enheten. Gratis säker trådlös internet finns tillgängligt i enheten.

Var och en av de två sovrummen har en dubbelsäng. Det stora sovrummet har en egen LED-TV och en egen balkong med utsikt över golfen i Highlands. I vardagsrummet har nyligen renoverats, inklusive nya möbler. Nedre våningen har en queen size-bäddsoffa, vilstol, stol och ett halvt bad, kabel LED 48 "Smart TV och en DVD-spelare. Köket är fullt möblerat. Tvättstugan har en full-size tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Alla sängkläder är möblerade. Radhuset har en ny uteplats med gasgrill för din användning. Båda TV-apparaterna har kabel-TV-tillgång, inklusive filmkanaler.

Radhuset är bekvämt beläget nära Frank Brown Sports Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Walmart, Publix livsmedelsbutik, postkontoret och många restauranger och andra aktiviteter. Dessutom är du bara fem miles away från den nya piren Park, en vackert anlagd utomhus köpcentrum med festligt, färgrikt Karibien arkitektur, som innehåller nationella kedjan butiker och restauranger längs med unika ägda butiker och specialbutiker.

Amazing place!

Great property with plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was very clean, organized and labeled for a carefree stay. The pool is very close and the walk to the beach is easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable and fun

Great place to stay, Property was clean and felt like home. Easy walk to great food locations -Bayou on the Beach is a must try! The LIQ was a fun place to check out. I will be back and would recommend friends and family to this location! Great choice we had a great time.

Perfect place for family close to the beach

Great family beach vacation

PCB had double red flags our entire stay, but it didn’t ruin our vacation- this condo was everything we needed from multiple pools to use, mini golf course, and an easy walk to the beach to play in the sand! The condo was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed - we even enjoyed having the grill - steaks at the beach are always the best!

Fun in the Sun

Over all location was great, close to gate for entry and exit. The short walk to the beach was great exercise . The pool being only two or three condos down was a fantastic. We took full advantage of beach cart as well as the washer and dryer. It was a pleasant 6 day stay.

Paradise Getaway!!!

Where to start…the townhouse was perfect!!!! Our host Julie was awesome. Anything and everything you would need was provided, except for maybe your food and laundry soap. Which I left for the next person 😉 my grandkids loved going to the different swimming pools and playing putt putt golf. Also walking to the beach was a plus, didn’t have to find a place to park or pay for parking. We had a blast and will be staying here again!!!

The property was clean and accommodated our family well. The kitchen was well stocked on everything we needed to cook with and we were able to use the beach toys and wagon-which was great to have! The rip current was pretty rough that week and the property manager went out of her way to make sure we were aware and stayed alert to this warning. I would happily vacation at this location again!!

Great family vacation!

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was clean and had all the things I was searching for to have a successful vacation. The air conditioning was cold, kitchen provided everything I needed to cook meals, beds were comfortable, quality washer & dryer, beach wagon (we left two beach chairs and boogie board for the next group), good wifi, cute outdoor patio with grill and light up umbrella table, 5 minute walk to the beach, beach clubhouse/pool (unfortunately, under construction while we were there). Walmart is 1 block away, so convenient! The check in was easy and Julie provided great communication, we will most definitley rebook on our next visit to PCB.

Perfect for softball tournament!

We stayed here for a week long softball tournament in PCB. We loved Gulf Highlands. The access to Hutchison rd made for a quick and easy ride to the Publix sports complex. Not having to deal with elevators was a bonus! We were able to cook and do laundry right in the townhome. The property was gated, and there were many activities on site. My kids loved the grand island pool and the mini golf course. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend renting a golf cart if staying here as they have golf cart parking right next to the beach access! Everything was very clean, and description was accurate.

Perfect for a family

We really enjoyed everything about the rental. It’s a great location, quite at night, and pools for everyone. It is a very comfortable condo, it’s a place you could stay as long as you want.

Would stay again

The condo was sparkling clean and only a 2minute walk to beach. Property was right in the middle of everything you need and felt like home after a long day at beach or wherever. Fully stocked kitchen. We loved our stay and Julie answered me right away. I also loved the Gulf highlands beach house. It was nice to have a place to rinse off before heading home.

Just left and can't wait to go back!

This could not have been a more perfect stay. I was nervous about being there during such a busy time for the 4th of July but I swear these condos were built sound proof. Lots of cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, etc), plenty of linens, beach cart available, the pools were wonderful, literally a 6 minute walk to the beach, a couple doors down from a pool - but again, we never heard anything outside, very secure entrance and exit, great communication with the owner, I slept in the master bedroom with my young son and the king size bed is SO comfortable. We're already planning on contacting Julie for vacation next year!

Great place to stay

This was close enough to everything, but tucked away in a quiet little community. It was a cute and comfy condo with plenty of amenities. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience! Great family getaway

Our stay was perfect- easy to book and great communication with owner. The condo was fully furnished with everything needed for a perfect week at the beach- our family particularly loved the grill and back patio. The beds were comfortable and the whole condo was very clean. The best part was the beach was just a short walk across the road and before we would walk back to the condo we would cool off at the pool on the beach. Our kids fell in love with the neat mini golf course and we spent many nights playing. Will def try to plan another trip to the beach and stay here!

Great Stay !!

The property was very clean and located not far from mini golf and one of the pools. Short walk to beach. The unit also had beach cart for helping carry items to beach. The owner sent keys prior to check in.. alot better than picking up from a Property Management Company drop box on a previous experience with a different unit. I will definitely be checking the availability of this unit on next trip. Strongly recommend..

Varför värden valde detta boende

You can drive right up to the front door of our townhouse in the gated resort to unload your groceries or luggage. The resort is very well kept and family oriented. It is within steps of the beach but just far enough away from the front beach traffic. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are nearby. The white beaches are beautiful and it is truly the Emerald Coast!
