In the heart of the 8th arrondissement, in the Monplaisir district, come and discover our 36 m² apartment. Just off the Avenue des Frères Lumières, you'll be seduced by this lively neighborhood with its Lumière cinema and museum, local shops, bakeries, butcher, cheesemonger and market (3 times a week). A paradise for your taste buds.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

An apartment on the second floor of a single building, the only dwelling. A few steps up a metal staircase, and welcome to a brightly-lit space. With high ceilings and white walls, the decor is sober and discreet.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall leading directly to the living room and kitchen
- A brand-new, well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher) and dining table.
- A living room, with sofa, chaise longue and TV
- A corridor with, on one side, a laundry area with washing machine and, opposite, a separate WC
- A large bedroom with a 140x200 bed, storage cupboards and closet
- A bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, with a walk-in shower and washbasin

Transportation:
- Metro line D: Monplaisir stop
- Bus lines: C14, C16
- Pay parking space just downstairs

Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as kitchen towels, bath mats and some welcome products. Beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is pack your bags and enjoy your stay. Wifi access is free.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

You'll be greeted personally by a Cocoonr agent who will show you around the property and answer any questions you may have.
