Detta vackra stenhus med pool ligger nedanför Biokovo naturpark och erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt över öarna i centrala Dalmatien och byn Tuepe. De två bostadsenheterna i huset ligger på 1: a och 2: a våningen och är förbundna med inre trappor. Vardagsrummet med kök på bottenvåningen har en separat ingång, framför den ligger poolen, en lekplats och en grillterrass ligger bredvid den. I källaren finns ett aktivitetsrum med biljard och pikado samt ett gym. En bekväm interiör och läget för detta semesterhus är bara två av argumenten för att välja denna semesterfastighet. Makarska ligger bara ca 5 km från denna semesterort, där du förutom de vackra och vidsträckta stränderna också hittar ett brett utbud av restauranger som serverar traditionell medelhavsmat. Upptäck Adriatiska havets skönhet och besök öarna Brac och Hvar. Missa inte staden Omis, där floden Cetina rinner ut i havet, en plats för sportentusiaster som letar efter en adrenalinkick. Wonderful view

We had a great vacation in this house. The view over the sea and the islands is exceptional. The house is well equipped with a gym and the kitchen comfortably placed on the ground floor next to the terrace. It’s close to the beach, Makarska, the excellent restaurant Jeny, Biokovo and more. Ivo and Ante were very helpful. We really would love to return to this place!

?We had such a fantastic time at this house. The location is breathtaking, offering the most beautiful sunset views I've ever seen. The house itself was perfectly clean and very well-maintained. We received a truly warm and friendly welcome from the host, who made us feel right at home. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Beautiful house, amazing views

We were really impressed with this property and it was good value for money. It is arranged as two, two-bedroom apartments over the upper two floors, with a communal kitchen and bar area on the ground floor. Then there is a further basement area with games and fitness equipment. We only used the ground floor kitchen, which had everything we needed. Indoors was generally spacious and comfortable but the real highlight of this property is the VIEW of the sea and the mountains, the photos don't do it justice. There is plenty of outdoor space around the pool and hot tub and seating area, and we had a great time chilling out here. The family who owns the house were really lovely - Bartul met us at the house to give us the keys and show us around, and then came back at the end of the week. They provided some snacks and drinks when we arrive, and the family make their own wine and fruit liqueurs which are available to buy and are delicious. The property is in a small village, about 300m elevation above Tucepi - the steep windy roads were a bit tricky at first but you get used to it. There is no shop in the village but there are a few Konobas - we had dinner at Konoba Veza, the fish was great. Highly highly recommended!
