Lovely and clean

Our family of 3 had a great stay in this apartment. The location was great - we were able to walk to many of the big attractions within 20 minutes, there were tons of great food options in every direction we walked. Communication was clear and easy. Would recommend.

My daughter and I loved staying in this cute apartment. The bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and the area was very quiet at night. There were tons of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Perfect location to feel Parisian

My daughter and I stayed for four nights in this wonderful apartment. Location was perfect to walk to Notre Dame (not short but very doable) or La Marais. Easy to get around on the bus or metro. Communication was exceptional and the personalized tour of the unit was a bonus. We couldn’t have been happier. Bonus..a very good hairdryer!! So many fun restaurants and shops within a short walking distance.

Owner very accomodating as we arrived later in the evening. Apartment large for Paris standards and well laid out. Kitchen very well equipped. Balcony good for a drink and a rest after walking all day. We enjoyed the area and hope to come back.

The Best Located Apartment!

The apartment looks just like it does in the photos and was perfect for our 3 night stay in Paris. Located in a very central but quiet location, the apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to the many attractions and restaurants close by. We can only highly recommend the apartment - and would definitely stay there again.

Great week in Paris

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth. Location was in between a few different metro lines to get anywhere (2-10 min walk). Close to pedestrian streets full of restaurants - and we cooked in the apartment half the time. Enjoyed the stay. Thanks Maxime.

Un bon moment dans Le Marais

My partner and I had a lovely time in this apartment when visiting Paris. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable and is just around the corner from a Velib dock. It was an easy ride from this location to all of the places we wanted to visit throughout Marais and central Paris. The apartment had plenty of space for both of us to work remotely, and was a lovely, quiet respite after a long day exploring the city. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment location is fantastic, and the amenities of the apartment are practical and fine to use. We went to Paris in August and it was hot. The apartment does not have an air conditioner. If you don’t mind that, the apart is good and at night you can open the windows for additional air circulation l.

Perfect for 1-4 people to visit Paris: Beautiful, very quiet, and central. Would stay again.

We loved our stay in the apartment. Having flown to Paris' CDG Airport, we took the direct RER-B train to Les Halles, and it was less than a 10min walk northwest to the apartment. The building is on a quiet side street and the courtyard-facing apartment means it was so quiet and peaceful (no busy street noise). There are a café and bakery less than 100m away, and grocery stores very close, too. Easy walking to various subway and bus lines. The apartment is very well equipped and has a nice compact kitchen. There is a small balcony with seating to read and eat. Easy communication with the hosts. Having lived in Paris and visited many times, I would happily rent this apartment again. My family loved the stay.

Awesome 3day/3night stay in Paris for Family of 4

This apartment had all you needed for a short family vacation in Paris. Its walking distance to two metro station and Notre Dame, The Centre Pompidou, Musée National d'Art Moderne. Louve was only 20 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. We were family of 4 with 2 young adult children. sleeper sofa was big enough for our boys. bathroom had towel warmer which was really nice. kitchen has everything if you prefer to cook! we didn't need to. Gabrieli was very helpful, he was in contact with us if we needed anything. Apartment is specious and airy and with a small balcony off of master bedroom. Apartment was very secure since you can only access it with your keyfob and key. overall we loved our stay and if we ever go back to Paris I'd definitely stay here again.

Pour visiter Paris facilement au vu de son emplacement central, ce logement est impeccablement placé. Vous êtes accueilli par le propriétaire des lieux qui vous conseillera bien volontiers. Une bouteille de rouge vous permettra de boire un petit coup tranquille sur une petite terrasse, le canapé lit est très confortable pour dormir en plus de la chambre avec une très bonne literie.les. appartement très propre et très bien équipé.
