Come relax in this ground floor Phoenix VI 1br Beachfront Beauty! Conveniently located just steps away from our covered parking! Also, enjoy the convenience of avoiding the elevators and walking straight from your patio to the outdoor pool and grills! There is a king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa and twin sized sleeper chair in the living room and a for sleeping up to 5. We also have an extra full bath off the hallway.

Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations!

FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VI

Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase your parking pass from the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Relaxing trip

Not happy

Shower in 2nd bath filthy. No indoor pool or hot tub. Bed very uncomfortable. Check in was too late. Paid for 28 days was only allowed to stay 27. Won’t be back.

Thankful for the ground floor condo!!

Awesome ground floor! No elevator lines, COVERED parking with close proximity to the room!! Only complaint was the dirty/stained furniture and mold in the master shower!

Never again

I am very disappointed by the room. It was filthy and i was scared to touch anything. I really think they need to remodel or update or invest some time into correcting a number of things in this unit. I have tons of pictures to show exactly what i am referring to. I was so happy to leave and unfortunately will probably never stay at this condominium again.

Convenient, comfortable location

Ground floor very convenient for pools, parking and unloading car. You did lack an ocean view as patio is below sand berm. You need a short stroll to view the beach & ocean. Accommodations are clean & comfortable. Check out is easy.

Winter getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had unexpected guests. Huge bugs. Notified management on the second day of our stay. No one showed up to spray until the day before we were to check out. In the meantime we bought raid and sprayed. We didn't use the shower in the master bedroom because it didn't look clean and that's where the biggest bug was found. The furniture is worn and the bed wasn't comfortable. Not much of a view because we were on the beach level and didn't have a view of the water. One of the outlets was missing a cover and one of the cabinets was missing a handle.Overall the property needs some upgrades and tlc.

PERFECT LOCATION

The unit has a big kitchen and dining area for those who love to have family dinners. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. There were lots of extra pillows and bedding. The storage for suitcases and bags in the master bathroom was wonderful.

Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo! the patio has been updated since these pictures. nice furniture. we loved being on the ground floor more than we thought. we go to the pool and grill areas just steps out of the nack patio without elevator or lobby. makes it feel amazing. plus the patio is large and has green space. this unit also came with a parking spot in the garage with an entrance directly into the condo. again, way more convenient than we thought it would be. during a super crowded week these made it feel very comfortable and out of the crowds. we will be staying again.

Would stay again!!

The check in process was so easy; we got our code and instructions in an email the week we were going to stay. When we arrived, we went to the front desk and within five minutes we were already unpacking the car into our room!Location wise its perfect! A 5min or less drive to the grocery and 20min or less to plenty of restaurants! We were keen on getting a first floor rental with our toddler to make coming in and out from the beach easy, and it was definitely the right choice! You open the sliding glass doors and take about 20 steps to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Overall the rental itself was clean, except the floors! With a crawling toddler, it was evident the floors needed a bit more of a clean as his hands and knees turned grey and black with dust the moment we got there! But we bought some cleaner and took care of that quickly! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking the essentials, and the wifi worked well! Overall, would stay again!!

Our 2nd Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay here this year. We love the condo and it’s perfect for our family. The keyless entry is a huge bonus! We loved not having to worry about a key. The only complaint we have is the patio out back. We were constantly worried the kids would cut their feet on the broken tiles. The outside flooring and furniture needs updated. If you look at all the other ground floor patios right there, they all have nice even flooring and awesome quality furniture. When we stayed here the first time, the table out back had 3 chairs and now only 2. This condo is the perfect location, especially if you have little ones. It’s near the pools, grills, & a very short walk to the beach. Our other favorite part is the parking. It’s nice to have a designated spot, covered and just steps from the condo. We would love to make this our family vacation spot every year, if the patio out back is redone. Thank you!!

Beautiful Area

Our unit was not as well stocked as the last unit we stayed in when considering pot pans and glasses etc. We had a water leak issue due to another unit that caused us a late night before our departure. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay. The shower and bathroom sink didn’t drain well at all. The water was up to my ankles with a normal shower. The tub/shower was so slippery, I had the buy a bath mat so we wouldn’t slip/fall. We left a day early because the weather was so bad (obviously nothing you could do about that!). What convinced us to go, though, was the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen ran out from under the refrigerator. Yuck!!

Pros and Cons

The beach was wonderful, we loved having the parking garage spot, and enjoyed the first floor location. The downsides to the condo were a little overwhelming. The couch and blue chair were completely worn out. The bed made so much noise that when you moved, you woke up the other person. Mattress was very uncomfortable. The kitchen had only bare minimum supplies. The shower did not drain correctly, the bathroom sink took forever to drain. The unit was much smaller than it appeared online. The pool was very dirty the first 3 days, it had floating debris and even foam on top at times. We will visit the area again, but would not rent this unit. We have rented multiple condos along the gulf, this was one of the roughest that we have ever stayed in. Updates needed.

Wonderful stay for our family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the condo. It was spacious for our family (2 adults & 2 kids). It was very clean and the customer service was awesome. Our coffee maker wasn’t working and they brought us a brand new one that same day. The location of the condo is perfect especially with little ones because it’s right by the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Condo was very clean! There were a couple broken/loose tiles on the back patio that we worried about with ours kids walking around and the outdoor table only had 3 chairs when in the photos it shows 4. We just pulled one of the other chairs over when we ate outside. We loved our stay and coming back again this fall!
